Dust Guard arrived precisely on time, making a great first impression Owner on site, participating in the work Very polite, professional, neat appearance, clean equipment, immaculate trailer- very well organized.....all speaks volumes as to the quality of the service provided There were absolutely no surprises regarding price, timeframe, or what to expect Very detailed up front expectations provided All tile, grout completely removed Expectations fully and completely met Glad we used Dust Guard :) Would definitely recommend to others needing tile removed

I have been wanting to replace the tiles (all sqft) in my home for a long time but dreaded the mess that I knew the removal would create I then found out about Dust Guard and and how they get rid of the tile dust freeIt was all too good to believe but I am here to tell you that everything they advertise and say is completely true They did such a wonderful job and left my home cleaner then when they arrived My floors are all ready for the new tile installation and I didn't have the problem of cleaning up a mess that would have been created by the removal of the old tiles Thank you Kellye, Tim and Travis for the wonderful job you didI highly recommend your company!

I had wanted to change the kitchen tiles for over years but didn't want the dust and dirt involved in taking up the existing tiles (especially in a kitchen) Recently there was an ad for Dust Guard in a local paper and it sounded too good to be true However, I was intrigued by the concept of "dustless" removal of tiles After watching the step by step video, I decided to take a chance and made the call Everyone on the Dust Guard team is professional and very personable Kellye was so helpful in scheduling around a tight timeline and Tim and Travis couldn't have been more patient (I had a lot of questions) and thorough If you think this is a pricey part of renovation, please believe me that whatever the cost, it is a very valuable investment for your peace of mind Now I'm planning on taking up the carpeting...with the Dust Guard team

We had Dust Guard come to do tile and carpet removal in preparation for wood floor installationThe system is amazing in that virtually no dust is created - and they are able to grind down any remaining material on the floor so that it is very smooth Was worth the money and makes it easier to install the wood floor

The Dust Guard team was everything they advertised and moreSeveral people told me it was impossible to have a dust free removal, but I saw the video and felt it was worth trying the serviceI'm very glad I did, because it worked incredibly wellI was on-site much of the time while they were doing the work, and was amazed that they didn't have to wear masks or anythingWhen they left it was just as clean as when they had arrivedEveryone I dealt with was extremely professional and courteous
I was warned in advance that if they ran into anything unexpected underneath my tile, they might have to charge me extraThat did happen, which caused the price to go up more than I likedHowever, it was a fair/reasonable price for the extra work that was required (there was a black/gooey foundation crack protection layer, that had to be completely ground downLots of work including ruining a couple of concrete grinder bladesSo as I said it was a fair price)
In the end, all the tile was removed perfectly, all the tile cuts were made exactly how I had asked, and there was no dustSo the service was performed flawlesslyI will use them again in the future when the need arises
