I have been wanting to replace the tiles (all 450 sq. ft) in my home for a long time but dreaded the mess that I knew the removal would create. I then found out about Dust Guard and and how they get rid of the tile dust free. It was all too good to believe but I am here to tell you that everything they advertise and say is completely true. They did such a wonderful job and left my home cleaner then when they arrived. My floors are all ready for the new tile installation and I didn't have the problem of cleaning up a mess that would have been created by the removal of the old tiles. I had wanted to change the kitchen tiles for over 10 years but didn't want the dust and dirt involved in taking up the existing tiles (especially in a kitchen). Recently there was an ad for Dust Guard in a local paper and it sounded too good to be true. However, I was intrigued by the concept of "dustless" removal of tiles. After watching the step by step video, I decided to take a chance and made the call. Everyone on the Dust Guard team is professional and very personable. Kellye was so helpful in scheduling around a tight timeline and Tim and Travis couldn't have been more patient (I had a lot of questions) and thorough. If you think this is a pricey part of renovation, please believe me that whatever the cost, it is a very valuable investment for your peace of mind. Now I'm planning on taking up the carpeting...with the Dust Guard team.

Dust Guard is great!! The ceramic tile came out and it is really true-NO DUST! Tim and Travis did a fast, clean, remarkable job. It was cleaner than when the carpet was removed! Tim wiped everything down before packing up and leaving. I highly recommend Dust Guard to everyone who needs tile removal. Kellye was very thorough booking the job and communicates via email promptly with any questions or concerns. Kellye called the night before to check in before Tim and Travis arrived the next morning.
