Our house was flooded secondary to the reverse osmosis system leaking The initial company that came in removed a x foot section of lifted and damaged porcelain tile This created so much dust that went everywhere throughout the house Considering we had an additional sq ft of tile to remove, we had to find a better option that was dustless
We obtained quotes from several companies with different systems Kellye was fantastic and responsive on the phone, and extremely informativeWe ultimately chose them even though it was not the lowest bid Tim and Travis arrived on site, on time, and were just so helpful and informative
There had been excellent communication prior to their arrival on site, and they knew everyting that needed to be done down to the last detail They were extremely efficient, and finished the job a day earlier than anticipated Most importantly, the countertops and house were dust free when they left, and the floors ground down to the smoothest concrete surface one could ever want as the base for marble flooring installation
I highly recommend this company Informative, reliable, efficient - I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if ever needed

DustGuard was excellent! They arrived on time, worked the whole time they were here, constantly cleaned up after themselves, and removed a lot of tile DUSTFREE! They were great to work with I only wish that I would have asked them to install my tile too!

Kellye did a great job explaining the whole process. when [redacted] and Travis arrived they were right on time. I had about 480 Square feet to remove. They did a great job and left the floor looking very smooth. Even though they said I did not need to remove the base-boards my installer said it would be better for the install so I did. In a Florida home you would be surprised at what you find behind them. Plus it makes it easier for them to remove the thin set closer to the walls. As my house is open concept I had to put some of the dining room furniture in the connected living room. My two recommendations for this job would be to make sure you cover all furniture that is within the eight feet of the work area since you will get some chips and small amounts of dirt. Second, since they are going to be running your air-conditioning I would suggest you ask the to close the doors as much as possible. they left my slider and front door wide open all day. My A/C system is 17 years old and the system did not shut off once for the 8 hours they worked. At the end of the day I asked them to please try to keep the doors closed so that the vacuum hose fit through but no more. Over all the job was done very professional and probably the cleanest way to remove tile that I have ever seen.

We would like to compliment this business. They were very professional, on time, friendly and fast. We had 625 sq ft removed in one day and YES it was truly DUST FREE. Dust Guard was recommended to me through a client of ours when casually talking about removing our 30 year-old tile! I could not believe there was a company out there who really removed tile without dust! I had heard nightmares over the year...but DUST GUARD was TRULY dust free!!! This company was incredibly professional and informative and yes, completely dust free!!! They completely made us feel at ease about the entire procedure even before we booked. They were in and out in four hours and almost cleaner than when they arrived! Do yourself a favor and don't hold off removing those "80's" tile.. just call them. I tell everyone about them. Had a floor removed once before and I had dust all over the place. With Dust Guard, there was no dust ... I could not believe it, but it is true.

I had a great experience with Dust Guard. They removed almost 700 square feet of ceramic tile throughout our home and there was no dust at all! Truly remarkable. The owners Kellye and Tim are very professional and courteous. They left my house even cleaner than when they arrived. I would absolutely recommend them to remove tile to anyone remodeling their home; their services are well worth the cost to avoid all the dust usually associated with tile removal. Fantastic!

From start to finish Dust Guard was open, honest and true to their word! I am extatic over the results of the truly dustless removal of floor tile in my home! They are the most enjoyable peole to work with before, during and after the job! I had avoided replacing the original tile florring in my home becaus of the dusty mess that tile removal leaves behind. I only wish tis service was available years ago!

Professional, courteous, clean and on-time.

I wanted to have my kitchen tile taken up with the least amount of dust. I saw an ad in a magazine that arrived in the mail, gave them a call and hired them. When I told people there would be no dust, no one believed me. The day they came to remove my tile, I went to one of the neighbors and told her to come over. She could not believe there was no dust. She even did the white glove test and finally agreed there was no dust. We were extremely happy with the company. They worked very efficiently and were out of the house before I knew it. I have recommended them to everyone I have talked to about renovations. They were awesome!

Tim and Kellye were great to deal with and did a great job. Provided information for what was needed on my part to have job go smoothly, called ahead before arrival and did a great job. Went the extra mile to satisfy me. 5 star service!!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Dust Guard. They were on time, professional, and a joy to do business with. They did a GREAT job! I was pleasantly surprised about how well the dust ram system worked. Just like the advertisement says, 90% dust free. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tim and Kelly of Dust Guard are both professional and personal. They took the time to explain their process and eased our concerns. They showed up on time to do their assessment, sent a revised bid, when they said they would (which was lower), and showed up to do the job at the time they said they would. The process worked just as they explained, and we had virtually no dust. None on the counter tops, none on any other surfaces either. While the cost was higher than the normal tile removal process the benefits were well worth it. Not having to remove window treatments, pictures, accents, clean cupboards, pantries, etc., was awesome. Tm and Kelly finished the job prior to their projected completion time, and And when they showed me the mounds and mounds of dust, that would have been in my house, I knew we made the right decision. The process is great, and if you want great people to do your job, I'd highly recommend Dust Guard.
