Their level of customer service is through the roof unacceptable. I called my apparent account manager and left voicemails once last week, once yesterday and twice today. You're given a 24 hour call back time which never happened. I even left her supervisor [redacted] and message yesterday as well who never returned my call. When you're working with someone and are on an automatic deduction payment plan, it's important that you're able to get in contact with your account manager for changes but apparently this company does not care. They let me know [redacted] is out sick today but that doesn't explain the other voicemails I left that were not returned. Also, I was finally transferred to a different manager who was able to help but who was also very snarky. I made a comment during a recording and she thought she would say something after to make sure I was aware. They called me about a credit card debt which they had acquired and wanted me to give them my bank information over the phone. I spoke to two different men and the conversation was almost an hour long. I finally hung up on them, after requesting several times for them to send me something in the mail. They did send me an email with an attachment, but I didn't open the attachment. They insisted on me taking the offer immediately and giving them my bank information.
