Unfortunately, the pdf file attached by the consumer was unable to be opened. We have no comment on what a website may state regarding our agency. However, as stated previously, we strictly follow all state licensing and regulations required of us, and are currently registered to do business in the state of Florida

 Per the Florida website as attached this company is not licensed in Florida with that information its illegal to be doing business in Florida. I have attached document showing your license is not active ans want this account removed from my credit report does this mean the information from the office financial regulations is inaccurate?

We are sorry that consumer feels her account was not handled properly regarding her dispute, however our records indicate a different timeline.We show her account dispute was received on 6-12-17 and we updated her account as disputed in our system.We sent a letter to the consumer on 6-16-17...

outlining her request for validation was untimely.As of 7-1-17 we show the nationwide credit bureaus listing her account in a dispute status.The consumer is more than welcome to dispute directly to the bureaus if she feels there is still some lag in the updates she is receiving. Thanks, RRS

As we stated earlier, we have tried unsuccessfully to reach the consumer but will gladly explain in detail which statutes do and don't apply to her account if she provides a good contact phone number or address. It appears the consumer has posted a generic request from a form letter, without filing in the information pertinent to her account. We are not going to discuss details of her account via a public space so she will need to contact our office directly at ###-###-#### if she seeks further explanation / resolution.
