Our regional manager, *** spoke with *** on the 4th of JuneApparently the package never reached our door step as it was a repairWe have resolved the issues with the customer "***" and a replacement controller to be received by Monday the 9th of June, with an additional $worth of
labor and products added onto the play station controllerWe will also have highlighted areas on which new products have been addedThe controller will also be programmed with appropriate functioning upon request

I am rejecting this response because:I have once again been told that my controller would be here and it is not here.I have put in the tracking number in the usps system and it states they have been notified of a package but that is allNo delivery ddate no confirmation they have the package nothing This is the 2nd time this has been told to me by dynamic essentialz I now want a controller from them with everything they have as accessories on it and a full refund from them of the money I paid and shipping chargesI feel that weeks time and being told twice now to expect my controller andd to not get it warrants thisthank you,

I beileve we have worked this out with the customer directlyWe are working on getting your repair as promised in the emails I didnt know you opened a complaint but if you need anything just call or email us

The controller I returned arrived at Dynamic Essentialz Worthington Ohio address on 7/17/as documented in the USPS tracking system
I would note that after reading the firm's response to my complaint I'm puzzled as to why the problem with my controller seems to have been linked to bad boards in the warehouse that where thought to have been previously eliminatedYet the response points to waiting for supplies
Today is 7/18/and I"m still waiting for additional information from Dynamic Essentialz regarding a full refund or PScontroller that functions as stated in their online sales page
