I ordered a controller from this company back in November, 2014. They immediately promised all these things and promised upgrades as needed, It took several weeks to get my controller, wanted to give as Christmas gift to grandson, but it didn't make it here on time. It finally arrived in time to give it to him on his birthday in January. After using it one day, it messed up and wouldn't work right. You cannot reach these people by phone or email, they will not respond. I got the name of person I was dealing with and eventually he quit correspondence with me on email. I still have the messed up controller after sending it back at my own expense, they returned it saying it worked now. IT STILL DIDN'T WORK!!!!! I now have a $200 controller that won't work and cannot get a response! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. I have been calling and emailing them for 3 weeks only to hear crickets. Hire some more staff, you guys suck! 0 stars, had to cancel my order and do a chargeback.

We did provide the refund of the $9.99, attached is proof of that. [redacted] placed another order with us for $119.99, and cancelled that order. We waived the restocking fee and refunded him that charge as well for free. We've attached proof of that as well. We also did provide him with the one-day rush...

service that he paid for. We have the FedEx tracking to show that we sent the controller out and that he received it. We've done everything that we can, as well as waived fees, to make [redacted] happy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10157349, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I want to start off by saying that I am personally sorry for the trouble you received with my company.  You have every right to be dissatisfied with the service at that time. Not that it matters at all, but I will be completely honest with you. I went through a serious medical condition and had to hospitalize for a total of 37 days. During this time, I tried my best to run the company from my laptop. It seems that my employees had taken advantage of the situation, causing them to fall behind immensely. Your complaint is a serious matter for me and I want to do anything in my power to make it up to you. I understand that the money has been returned to your card, yet I feel this is not enough. I have recently completed the companies first batch of production for controller designs. I would like to make you a controller totaling the value of at least $200.00. I am ready to make your controller per your request of colors and options. If you don't have time to select any colors I completely understand. I am a professional in custom controllers so please be aware that your controller will be looking better than any mod you have ever seen. I can select and pick the colors for you. The only thing I would like to request from you is a shipping address, the information we have on file might be old.
