This controller mod company is the worst ever! Ordered a controller with mods and a blue xbox one light and they right away took the money from my account Upon waiting almost a week, no controller Attempted several time to call them, left messages on phone and emailed them several times and no response! Finally I got fed up an filed a dispute with PayPal, told PayPal that I have not received my product and want a refund, Dynamic Essentialz all of a sudden sends me an email with a tracking number (Which was still no good at the time)! They eventually sent me the controller even after I requested a refund Controller finally arrives and controller didn't work as advertised! I then called PayPal again and filed 2nd dispute with a request for refund Sent the controller back (at my own expense), but thanks to PayPal, I was reimbursed in full (minus return Postage) Awful experience and customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, & AGGRAVATION ON PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

I don't understand the negative reviews? I bought a controller last week and received it in 3 days in perfect condition. The thing is sweet im going to buy another one soon. Whatever problems people experienced in the past is def not the kind of service they will receive now, I think people should know the truth about this company. maybe the bad reviews below me are just competitors im not sure.

My order number is [redacted]. I called today and I was told that I was going to receive the controller  and that they were going to give me a full refund for my trouble. The thing is I was promised free upgrades before and overnight shipping. If they actually do this my dispute will be over.

I want to thank you for sending this message drake, It really means alot. As for the controller red and black would be amazing. Oh and the address is still the same.

I want to start off by saying that I am personally sorry for the trouble you received with my company. You have every right to be dissatisfied with the service at that time. Not that it matters at all, but I will be completely honest with you. I went through a serious medical condition and had to hospitalize for a total of 37 days. During this time, I tried my best to run the company from my laptop. It seems that my employees had taken advantage of the situation, causing them to fall behind immensely. Your complaint is a serious matter for me and I want to do anything in my power to make it up to you. I understand that the money has been returned to your card, yet I feel this is not enough. I have recently completed the companies first batch of production for controller designs. I would like to make you a controller totaling the value of at least $200.00. I am ready to make your controller per your request of colors and options. If you don't have time to select any colors I completely understand. I am a professional in custom controllers so please be aware that your controller will be looking better than any mod you have ever seen. I can select and pick the colors for you. The only thing I would like to request from you is a shipping address, the information we have on file might be old. response because:there was no resolution, just another excuse, ive heard back order was why I havnt recieved anything, than it was technical issues in the warehouse, now its that they are under new managment, ive emailed and it just gets dodged with another excuse. I want my product in which I have paid fully for, compensation for the ridiculous behavior is still up to the company and compensation is up to the company. The order # is 8001, same as it has always been amd is even the title of the email between me personally and the company. Also the company never let me know of new management ever, I also paid extra for a speedy service which in tge end just turned into profit for the company

Just got my controller yesterday took about 5 days. I LOVE IT, isee these negative reviews and I called them about it , they says they were under new management now. well they sure were telling the truth because this company is awesome and all the youtube reviews lately have been showin that. just wanted to straighten things up customers should know the truth. check it out - [redacted]

Yes, we did receive this customers controller for a repair. We stated to the customer that our inventory was placed on back order for nearly 2 weeks. We now have our inventory in which we are using to complete the current orders needed to be fulfilled. As we explained to this customer, we are...

waiting on more additional inventory which is also still on back order to replace his year old controller with a brand new one.  Yet, we are still on the back order list from "D&H" Sony and Microsoft's main distributor. As we did explain to this customer please bare with us some patients, it has been about 2 weeks since we received the repair for a replacement. Two weeks we have also been waiting on our products. Again, patients would be greatly appreciated as this matter is out of our hands. We have over seven thousand dollars worth of inventory still to be delivered to us. We are hearing by next Monday everything will be in. As every customer is important to us no matter the situation nor circumstances we do need to fulfill orders that have yet to be shipped compared to someone who has had one for a year and needing a repair for it. For the troubles, we will include additional customization "free of charge" to resolve any further complaints.

Tracking states is has been delivered. I do understand the current situation of your item not being received on the time we offer. As of 3 weeks ago our main distributor "D&H" who work strictly with Microsoft and Sony placed over $7000 of our inventory on back...

order as well as our sister companies. Thus delaying us the ability to ship anything out within the time frame we offer. As some of our products are arriving we are shipping by date ordered. Our expected onventory has arrived! We have been working fanticly to catch up. With that being done, our customer service center has also been backed up with x2 the amount of calls / emails we receive on a normal basis.. We are working our hardest to fulfill all needs and concerns. As we ask for the up-most patients for this was out of our hands is IS NOT a regular occurrence from our company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered a controller for my sons birthday and paid for 2 day expedited shipping. We were immediately charged $175+ on our credit card. However, after several WEEKS of not receiving the item, getting constant excuses (and that's only when we could get in touch with someone...most of the time you just get a voice message when you call), being promised added features at no cost for our inconvenience and overnight shipping, on and on and on...we finally just disputed the charge on our credit card & cancelled the order. It wasn't until this all took place that I started looking into the company online and found that they have several complaints against them. There are even messages on their own Facebook page from people trying to reach them (since you can't get a hold of anyone by phone) because they too had not received items that they had purchased but had already been charged for. I guess I should have researched them before I bought instead of afterwards but let me just say... When dealing with Dynamic Essentialz, buyer beware!!!!
