Please see the attached letter, [redacted]Thank you,[redacted]

Like I said which I guess you are not listening and I am done wasting my time, I am going to pay because I cannot afford a collection on my credit. I should not have to show personal medical records. You are a Gym not a mortgage company this is ridiculous. I am paying for !!!NOTHING!!! what do I get in return can you please answer me that. I have not used your Gym since my 1 year contract was up. This is the worst form of customer service I have ever experienced. I would have no problem paying this if I was attempting to use your facility. I am in management and I would never lie to a customer the way that your Manager at the Sugarland location did. If you can give me one good reason how I am going to benefit by giving you this money I will end this. I know that you will do nothing about this and customer service obviously is not your specialty. Either way I hope you enjoy the free 250 dollars I am giving you.

This member has been refunded and the PT Agreement that his mother enrolled him in has been canceled.
Member is advised for future reference, to read all contracts in full before signing anything.

Dynamic Fitness has advised member of terms and conditions of their membership, as well as to why the member is responsible for back dues owed, regardless of whether or not the member used the facility. Dynamic Fitness's policy to cancel requires that the member's account be present and not in delinquent status.

Please be advised that the member will be responsible for the past dues amount owed, as per stated in his agreement terms.  As per Dynamic Fitness's cancellation policy, the member must be in current/active status in order to cancel their membership.  Additionally, the member must inform Dynamic Fitness 5 days before their next schedule due date (in writing) their desire to cancel the membership in order for Dynamic Fitness to cancel the agreement.  Please be advised, that in order to cancel member must pay past due balance owed.  Member stated that it was due to medical as to the reason member was unable to use the facility.  We have advised the member via phone and via Revdex.com communication that we will be more than willing to waive the past due balance owed if medical proof is provided.  Member has advised that he will not be submitting any documentation.  Due to this, the member is responsible for the past due balance owed. This is the final response in relation to this concern.Dynamic Fitness

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
March was a long month so march 16th was my deadline. I requested cancellation on March 16th and was told by my trainer that there was not a personal trainer manager employed at the facility anymore and that there wasnt any manger there at all that could do my cancellation. My trainer attempted to contact Sara to resolve this but she did not answer the phone. There was not anything I could have done. I was told not to worry about anything by my trainer and that he would take care of everything. My trainer was the former training manager for this facility and the person  that made my contract so I trusted his word. I was not given the chance to fill out the cancellation form until the 21st. On the cancellation form it even states last bill date was / will be 03/21/2017. This was a complete scam. How can a customer complete a cancellation form with no one at the facility to give you one? The text message from my trainer at your facility  even states that this is all true.
Regards,

Ms. [redacted], We are able to accommodate this request.  If you would please reach out to me at [redacted] and [redacted] at [redacted] so we can get you scheduled into the system.  Also would you like to move your sessions to be used at another club or would you like to stay at Pearland? Regards.

Hello, Thank you for providing this information.Upon further research, I have reviewed our system and it shows that the memberships are canceled, and the March debits have been refunded.  If there is anything further, please do not hesitate to respond back, so I can research...

further.Regards,Dynamic Fitness

Revdex.com:
After my complaint was made, the business finally contacted me - that's what it took for them to respond.  I was still forced to go to the business in person to cancel the memberships (which is illegal by the way), and I had to meet with FOUR different managers, who each tried to convince me not to cancel.  It took 30 minutes for them to finally accept that I did want to continue my memberships, and agree to cancel them.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and although I am not happy with the extreme measures it took to get the resolution I was looking for, the resolution was eventually made and no further action is needed.

Attn Revdex.com Team:In review of this members account, from the notes I read through the database, the member dealt directly with [redacted]. [redacted] gave her our cancellation policies and procedures, but they never received any of the information required as proof back to them for records and...

processing.
As per our Cancellation Policy (posted on Revdex.com website) member will be required to provide documentation in order to process cancellation request.Regards,Dynamic Fitness

You are not understanding my point here. I have not used your facility at all since my contract was up. I do not feel I should have to provide medical information to a FITNESS CLUB because I do not want to pay for services that I did not use.  You should not say that your contract goes month to month. You might as well have signed me to another 1 year contract then all this would make sense. Again you have not given me anything foe the money I am going to pay you. I have already spoke to several people that I recommended to your clubs and needless to say you will have  10 contacts that will not be renewed at the end of next month. I know that is not much to you but word of mouth spreads. You can also tell your sales  people to stop contacting me to sign up for a membership.

Sir,I will be more than happy to waive this past due balance for you.  If you can provide a doctors note, I will remove the balance on the account and cancel out your membership accordingly.  Your doctors note does not have to convey specifics, just a note from your doctor that is date stamped outlining that you were not able to use the facility through (date to date) as per doctors orders.Again, the doctors note does not need to convey any detailed medical information.Regards,Dynamic Fitness

To Whom It May Concern,In response to the complaint involved with [redacted].  [redacted] originally wanted to cancel her membership due to not using it our membership manager for the Post Oak location Israel R[redacted] brought her in to the club talked with her about her goals where 30...

training sessions were recommended, however the member compromised on 20 sessions, and there bought a 20 session pack.  The payment was scheduled to be split into two separate payments, however the full amount of 700.00 was charged the next day.  Israel quickly refunded the 700.00 amount, apologized and informed the member that it would take 3 to 5 business days for the member to receive the full 700.00 back. However due to a system error another 700.00 draft was done, once again the money was refunded, Israel apologized informed the member once again it would take 3-5 business day and even went as far as give Ms. [redacted] his personal cell number so she could reach him.  As I can understand that Ms. [redacted] would like the personal training cancelled due to policies for Personal Training, members may only cancel Personal Training agreements for the following 3 reasons and provide proof for...1. Move2. Military3. MedicalWe have given Ms. [redacted] a 3 month dues credit on her membership dues for the months of October, November, December for the inconvenience.

Again we are beating a dead horse. I already paid them the "balance" I owed for a fake contract. It was never about the money it was about principal. No one has been able to explain to me what I am getting in return for the money I gave you. I DID NOT USE YOUR FACILITY AT ALL!!!. Me giving you money for nothing in return is unethical no matter how you look at it. As an Operations Manager I am baffled at your decision on this matter but it is what it is.

Revdex.com:
I do accept this offer as it is all I have been asking for since the 9th.  I do have to say I never received any calls or response emails nor did I ever ask to freeze my membership.  Thank you Revdex.com for finally getting this resolved.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I provided notice to the management team consisting of "self-identified" as I stand corrected Sean and Sara [redacted] who did in fact on the first meeting with said management that they knew he was running scams and as a result had terminated him. In fact, Sara stated that Mr. [redacted] was not allowed on any Dynamic Fitness premises as a result. Further, Sara [redacted] stated that he was being investigated on previous enrollments and cancellations on both locations Mr. [redacted] worked at with Dynamic Fitness. As a new member of the Dynamic Fitness facility I was introduced to a general manager who in fact was not with Dynamic Fitness on the second visit to this location in fact Mr. [redacted] on that second visit introduced himself and his staff as the general manager to the extent that he used the back office and instructed staff to their job responsibilities. Mr. [redacted] and his staff OF IMPORTANCE do NOT use name badges correctly identifying their position within the company nor is a proper hierarchy posted on site to let members know who is part of management and how to escalate complaints. I was not given an opportunity to speak with the police department at Dynamic Fitness nor was I suggested that I do so. The business conducted with Mr. [redacted] was at the Dynamic Fitness office and the subsequent body measurements were also completed at said facility. The training sessions were completed at said facility with staff alerting Mr. [redacted] that I was ready for my session. If in fact Mr. [redacted] was NOT allowed to train, the staff could have brought that to my attention or management. It is not good business acumen to treat customers in a harassing or uncivil manner and Sean did in fact make said comments within the front desk area in which there was other customers who witnessed said discussion. Further, there was not a dynamic fitness member within the vicinity when Sean conducted himself unprofessionally. At this point, I do not want any further business relationship with Dynamic Fitness. I prefer to seek out a different gym with closely aligns with ethical practices I believe are sound to run a business. Regarding any social media concerns please use a different forum to resolve as that is outside the scope of the issue brought to the attention of Revdex.com as your staff refused to place me in contact with upper management. This as I had stated to your staff before could have easily been resolved with a courteous and professional demeanor instead of placing blame on the customer.
