Anyone who embarked on a renovation journey would have a story or two to share around a dining room table about renovations that went wrong, over budget and contractors that are nearly impossible to track When I decided to upgrade all windows and patio door, I did my homework and consulted with friendsMy selection was narrowed down to three companiesI requested quoted form all three and though Canadian Choice Windows and Doors appear to be slightly pricier (10-15% more), I felt the price was very competitive and I was getting MUCH better quality windows I must provide a disclaimer; I am one of those hard to please guys you see in front of you at the grocery store asking to speak to a managerIt's partially the reason why I decided to write this review, as it is refreshing to give praise for a change My experience with Canadian Choice was VERY positive: -The measurement and quite process was easy to coordinate, clear and concise -I never felt pressured -The windows were ordered, delivered and installed under the estimated weeks -The installers arrived on time, were friendly, respectful and no mess was left behind (the installers were the kida guys you want to order pizza for) -I felt the installation was done well and I had no issues -The was no inconsistency between the initial quote and the final bill -I received a follow up call to see if there are any issues and enquire if I was satisfied with the windows and service -months after the installation, I am still pleased with my choice and have not experienced any issues Windows are a major investment and I am happy I went with Canada's ChoiceIt amazing what transformation new windows make; the rooms look bigger, modern, clean and brightYou can feel that the windows are durable, quality made and would last for a long timeI recently had to put my house on the market, and windows proved to be a great selling feature and the best investment to build the equity of your home

The rooms actually look brighter and larger with this combinationRob, head of the installation team, took the measurements; everything fit perfectly on installationRob and his team spent long days of work to remove big bay units, large other triple units, other windows and garden doors, and install the newThey used large cloth tarps to protect our floors, furniture and appliancesIf you want perfect mitered corners for casings, Rob is your man! Amazing work! Rob did an excellent job with the outside trim to ensure that it looked nice against the brick and aluminum sidingThe new windows have just increased the sale value of the house and we are proud to have their company sign on our lawn

It took a bit of work to get the appointments set straight, the first one was missed for my quote, but once that got figured out we were well on our wayThe gentleman who came out to quote the windows was fast and knowledgeableAnd they even sent someone out a second time just to double check the window sizesWhich doesn't sound like a bit deal but I live hours from their business in WinnipegThe windows were ready to go in a lot faster then I though they would be after I received my quoteThey called and set a date and they showed up on that day in good time and finished in great time as wellwindows only took or so hours and that's was full removal of the old windows and the install of the new onesThe Foreman was very willing to stop and answer any questions and they never seemed to mind if you stood there and watched them workWhich to me means they aren't cutting corners or hiding anything so they weren't nervous to have the home owner watch their progress closelyV
