they were delivered on time as promised and cost what we had agreed on. The installation was very quick and efficient with the crew causing minimum disruption. They cleaned up as they went along, they installed 3 smaller windows, a large picture window and a patio door, in under 5 hours.
They windows were as promised with no defects and are high quality fit and finish.

We had them replace our livingroom bay window with a new unit with casings in 2014, were happy with the service and final product so had them upgrade our kitchen bay to new unit with casings as well as our old bedroom windows as well. Installers were very professional and friendly. After sales support was good for resolving any questions or issues I had. Overall quite pleased

initially, we had Ivan come to do a pre inspection, and we discussed our wants and needs based on our family and structure of the home.
We initially had a positive feeling about Canadian Choice Windows and our investment into out home.
The follow up with Ivan addressed all of our needs and preferences for our new windows, including addressing airflow with added open casement windows to improve air circulation which we felt was important for our family home.
Installation was scheduled on time and the installers arrived and began their work in a very respectful and orderly manner. After installation was completed old windows were removed as promised and cleanup was spotless. I am amazed at the work ethic of this company and the team effort they represent.

Everything was wonderful! The salesperson Ivan came right away, even though I wasn't in a rush. He was very friendly. All the installers were also very friendly. The windows arrived in the time I was promised, maybe even a little earlier than promised. They were installed quickly and professionally. It makes such a difference to our house!

He was very helpful in explaining to us the different types and quality of windows and doors. We decided to have our windows replaced and from there on everything went smoothly. The windows arrived at the expected time and the installation which included cutting a wall for a new window was well executed. The quality and appearance of the new windows have enhanced the look of our house. We are now looking at replacing a few more windows and we are happy to be dealing again with Vladimir.
