I spoke with our GenMgrof this particular Central Market and he remembers specifically talking to Ms [redacted] and offering a resolution which Ms [redacted] agreed to ( dinner on us value of $) Ms [redacted] was to return to his store on a Saturday as she had mentioned living in Katy and only coming in to shop on Saturdays Our Gen Mgrhasn’t heard from her since, hence the reason for the lack of resolution.Our CM General Manager did not agree to $nor will we here in Customer Relations

Attempted to contact customer at 2pm 6/8/and left a vm to return my call at her convenience Will update once I'm able to gather additional information

I followed up with Ms [redacted] today to make sure things have been resolved to her satisfactionUnfortunately, I had to leave a vm but invited Ms [redacted] to contact me if she would like to discuss the desired resolution as well as her experience any further

I will work with store leaders and cashier and see to it that we use this as a training and coaching opportunity for this partnerI will also contact [redacted] to discuss resolution as stated in desired resolution statement

Working w/HEB corporate GC team We will work to resolve this for Mr [redacted] as requested in his desired resolution statement

Working w/electronic payment team to research transaction and will reach out to customer shortly

I contacted [redacted] to gather additional information in regards to location and time of day of this occurrence as well as desired resolution

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I waited the amount of time I was asked to wait to... see if I would get contacted, 6 days. As of today I have not been reached.I can be reached at [redacted] . We have shared this information with our Own Brand Quality team for their review and information We will reach out to customer to discuss desired resolution

We are working with Store & RX Leaders to resolve Mr*** concerns. Our office has also reached out to Mr*** by phone and have left a vm asking him to return our call at his convenience to further discuss

the company amends their policy in such a way that prevents holds being placed on customer's bank accounts for transactions that are cancelled

Mr*** has received his refund/s and shared his concerns with me.I promised Mr*** to research and share his suggestions with others in management as he has been in the logistics business for 30+ years w/UPS and made some very good points. I assured Mr*** we will do
our due diligence in hopes he nor any other customer experiences this type of service or lack thereof in the future. Thanks again,***

I called *** *** at the number provided and call went to vm. I left a message with my contact info and reason for call. I will follow up if I do not hear from her by Monday afternoon in hopes of coming to a resolution

I will be contacting Mr*** this coming week at the number provided, so that we may gather additional details in regards to the disappointing service experienced at one of our H-E-B Pharmacies. I appreciate the opportunity provided to address this
