my husband applied for a divorce without my knowledge and used my email and credit cardWhen I was notified by your company by email I checked my bank account to find a charge that I did not authorize I got the user id and password that was used to access the company web site and placed a dispute with said company this was done from my computer at my home where I liveWe did not live together when this was taken placeOnce speaking with staff that was no help in the matter and not giving my money back I contacted my bank and cancelled the card ASAP

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowtheir online process DOES NOT state the review delay of 3-business days until AFTER lament is rendered, therefore, I would NOT have purchased their services if I had known that before submitting payment .Their business structure and practice is such that; they deceive the customer with no intention of providing a reputable service

On 04-10-2017 customer had 4 conversation with our chat representative and every  time our representative answered the customer promptly with the satisfactory response. Every time customer gave us rating 5 out of 5 for our support. Proof attached with this response. 
Customer paid $19.99 for the shipping and for shipping we need confirmation from the customer that customer need no changes on the forms but we received no confirmation from the customer. We notified the customer that we can refund $19.99 if customer do not require shipping and wants to print the papers by herself but still no response.
According to our refund policy and the contract signed by the customer " We will issue full refund if court rejects the papers " but in this case court never rejected the papers. 
Customer already downloaded the forms and rendered the services. It is entirely upto the customer whether she wants to file the papers or not. Please read the disclaimer part of the contract. Copy of the signed agreement attached.

Once again, this business provides a vague disconnected response that does not directly address the compliant at hand which is not acceptable.  My complaint was not about the court rejecting the forms if they actually read my note.  They continue to avoid the issue of the significant lag with timing, the errors on the forms and the fact that the forms were never used or filed with the court due to these issues.  They state satisfaction guaranteed with their products and I am highly unsatisified to the point where I had to use a different service to complete this task because they could not deliver the basic data and forms in the beginning.What is the next step in this process or do I need to continue to escalate this issue in a different manner?  The way in which they are handling this and avoiding the issue to avoid refunding the service is highly unethical.
