letter from the court. Courts always issue a rejection letter at the time the forms are rejected. We notified you that we needed a rejection letter, but have never received rejection letter from you. We did receive a letter from you stating that you NEVER filed the papers with the court. Since you have never filed the forms with the court, your forms have not been rejected by the court. You also stated that you hired an attorney for your divorce case , our refund policy is very clear that if you decide to hire an attorney than you are not eligible for refund.We are a PCI/DSS compliant and Trust wave approved merchant , which means that we will never share your information to the third party . If you want us to delete all your information than kindly send us an email from your registered email requesting that you want us to delete all your information and we are more than happy to remove all your data.At this time you do not have a valid reason for a refund. Please file your forms with the court and if they are rejected send us a valid rejection letter and we will issue your refund right away.

We received no update request from the customer. We shipped the papers to the customer after proper confirmation from the customer. If customer needs any changes on the papers than can send us the request and we will update the papers free of cost. We do not charge for the changes.

We received satisfaction confirmation email from the customer that is why we shipped the papers to the customer.Its clearly written on the website under FAQ section that we prepare the papers , we do not file the papers and customers has to pay a court filing fees directly to the court. Under the Terms of Services contract signed by the customer its clearly written that there will be a court filing fees which customers has to pay directly to the court. Nothing was hidden from the customer and customer gave us the approval and satisfaction before shipment. Customer is not eligible for the refund as the papers are not rejected by the court.

In the initial interview, they ask a series of questions and then determine if you are eligible for a divorce.  After the first series of questions, I received a response that I was eligible.  Never did I state that we had been separated for 12 months.  I was misled as I had chosen the grounds as abandonment and that clearly does not matter in the state of North Carolina.  The website should not show that you are eligible for a divorce when you are not.  That constitutes giving legal advice.

The company refused to contact me to try and make the situation right, and have not responded to seven email and three voice messages. I did not receive a copy of the terms and conditions prior to beginning the required interview, and I certainly did not use their product - I immediately requested a refund. These people are scavengers who are feeding off misery.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Because they took MUCH longer to get my papers back to me then they had stated, I ended up going elsewhere as I never knew if I was going to get them or not. So, yes, they eventually got them to me, but it was not when I was told and there was zero communication from them while I was waiting. I believe that this deserves a refund, because I was left in the dark and had to take appropriate action. Their website says "money back guarantee", which is apparently misleading.

Customer already downloaded the forms from the account and hence not eligible for the refund.
