The day this customer came in she was looking around and she took an extended test drive with the salesman in such a way, we had to call him to make sure he was still with her. I looked into the deal to verify the discount she mentioned.[redacted]1.) That was not the day that I purchased the car I purchase the car at a used car tent sale that was the day I came back to you try to straighten out this issue because I did not receive the car as was stated it was not a six-cylinder it was only a4 cylinder and I was told it was a six cylinder so I came in to give them the chance to correct it that was not the day I bought the car. 2). I do see that the internet listed and advertised price was $1000.00 more than what she paid on her contract. After this deal was made, a week later the customer came back to the office complaining that the breaks were all bad. Wanting to verify this potential safety problem, we took the vehicle back to service to have it inspected. The breaks were not only good, they were new. So then she said that she only wanted a 6 cylinder SUV vehicle. We tried to assist her with her request but all three vehicles she test drove were four cylinders and 2 of them were cars, just like the one she purchased.[redacted]2.) Yes it was marked down because I bought the car at a used car tent sale & the prices were supposed to be lower. but they couldn't Find any financing for me at $14,000 so the guy came back with the offer of $13,000.( and if you need proof I have all the credit people that turned me down that they have sent me letters ) so that's why he went down the 13000 made an offer to keep my payments under $250 a month and which they're not and he never took the $1,000 off the price and also the car wasn't a six-cylinder as they stated. And I was supposed to have the first month with no payment and that didn't happen either. And it was the very next day that I went back in to them to complain about the six-cylinder issue I had no idea that they had not taken the thousand dollars off the price yet that's all I received in the finance papers in the mail that I know this. And I only test drove that one SUV that day because the man was trying to correct the fact that they told me the car I got was a six cylinder and it wasn't. First I went in the next day. the man told me to come back on Monday so I went back on Monday he said he was the manager. I went back on Monday and he told me he couldn't help me to come back on Tuesday . so I came back on Tuesday and I got so frustrated with them because they were so rude and they would not even listen to me . Another sales and try to make it right and took me for a test drive in another  vehicle an SUV as originally intended on getting it but while we were out  only a block away  they called and told him to return the car to them and that they will have no intentions of helping me and the breaks I had mentioned the day that I got the car they were squeaking it was embarrassingly loud. I never said that the brakes were bad I said they were squeaking  squealing . and I so I said well then you fix the brakes so the guy said okay and he fixed the brakes and they don't squeak anymore. It seems that the only guy in the whole place you can trust is their repair manager. It was not until I received the papers from the finance company in the mail that I realized that you guys had not correctly financed the right amount. Not to mention that I signed two different contract because one wasn't right the first time that day that I bought it at the tent sale.3).The two trades she used as down payment were recently purchased from a public auction. This is where our "paperwork" problem exist. The finance person kept the copies and accidentally gave the originals to the customer. Not only did we give the customer what she wanted for the trade vehicles, we gave her more then she had just paid for them at this public auction. If she can bring in cash for the amounts listed for both trade vehicle, we would be more than happy to allow her to buy them both back for what we gave her. We have been in contact with her about the paperwork mistake and have offered to go to where she is located to make this easy. [redacted]3). Where I bought the car that has no bearing on the fact that I used them for a trade in . I traded in two cars and you wrote on the receipts  $1,200 each .  You do paperwork  and gave it back.  I've been out there 7x  and now you want me to come out there again and fix your mistake and you won't help me with your 1st. mistake. in the beginning  you have a pretty crappy way of doing business if you ask me .  All I'm asking for is what the deal was in the beginning . if you couldn't find financing for me at $14,000 &  then lower it to $13k. now am I being charged $14,000  and you don't even deducte my trade ins correctly  either .  Again this is what I would like to happen  I would like you to deduct the $1,000 as promised  to make the price of the vehicle $13,000  then deduct my trade ins and my deposit I gave you . And then corrected with the financing company the right amount. I have no problem with giving you back the paperwork so you can do it again but I suspect it to be done right for me to. Thank you4). Now she refuses our cslls...[redacted]4).  I am NOT refusing your calls I've talked to you guys several times and I've asked you to try to straighten this out with me and no ones listening to me still. I just got off the phone with the lady about 5 minutes ago even,[redacted] was her name. And apparently you guys are going to sue me. Well guess what I hope you do because I have some things that the world should know about your business and the way you're practicing it.

Thank you for your response as it may she'd more light on our situation here. First off let me reiterate that the bank (if not already) will receive the full refund for the cancellation of the GAP and extended service contract.  On the second and more pressing issue,  purchasing your trade outside of the deal, can you please send me a copy of that check that was written to you by [redacted]? Please send it to my email [redacted] or fax it to my personal fax [redacted]. We do not tolerate this behavior at all and if we can verify that this is the case via the check written to yu our the purchase of you ford focus, then [redacted] will be terminated and his sales license will be suspended.
Thank you for your response and I look forward to getting that check copy.
[redacted]

I have looked up the deal where the customer purchased the F250 back 5-29-2015. I have ran three reports as of today and they show nothing to report. [redacted]see attached[redacted] .
To first answer the first statement, They were purchasing a fleet vehicle. We do not sell fleet vehicles so this...

statement gets a little confusing. Then she claims that this vehicle was a flooded vehicle. For that to have been possible, an insurance company would have to be involved and by law they report all findings. As you can clearly see in all three reports, this vehicle was serviced at Perry Ford every three thousand miles with only maintenance reported. If there were anything to be listed, then you would have seen it on the Carfax, Autocheck or the NMVTIS. It has been over a year and we have not spoken to this customer for any of the claims made. If you are so unhappy with claims of being sold a Flood vehicle, why would you return? I am not sure what to say but I do not think the claims are fully factual.
Thank you

We have spoken to [redacted] multiple times with her about her vehicle. In our initial conversation she was less than happy with regards to a sales manager and a salesman. I assured her that I would address this issue that day once I arrived at work. I did that very thing right away. Her last...

request was of a secondary key. I have checked with our service department and asked them to make arrangements to have this secondary key made. Per her statements of the dealerships lack of servicing, especially with regards to safety and brake systems, I had our records pulled for this vehicle to verify her claims. Not only are these brakes good, they are factory replaced brand new. It is sad when customers think that they can bluntly lie about the experiences they have had just to be able to have others listen to them. We will honor the secondary key to be completed as a customer service. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me via email at [redacted]

In response to:
[redacted] came in and was attempting
to finance a 2006 Hummer H2 from the East County PreOwned Superstore on or
about 03-17-2014. A Hummer vehicle is not accepted by most banks for financing
so getting [redacted] financed was more difficult than expected. Once we had
exhausted the few banks that would accept the financial obligations, we had
asked [redacted] to return to the dealership. After being stood up we had no
choice but to have the vehicle in question returned as we had no way to obtain
financing for [redacted] in a Hummer vehicle. Once it was apparent he was not
going to return the vehicle, the dealership was left with no other choice but
to have the vehicle picked up by a licensed company in where they specialize in
returning vehicle to the banks or dealerships to whom they belong. The problem here is I was asked to come in to the dealership
on two occasions one was to sign additional documents to further there chances
of obtaining financing, the second time I was asked to come in by Mr [redacted].I was
given the impression that it was to resign our contract.
I then sent a e-mail to
[redacted] there finace manager stating that I will not be coming in to resign any
contract, I understand that we have had a contract that gives them 10 days
right to cancel, this 10 day right had expired.
Still they had had the H2
improperly repossessed I did not receive a phone call and the letter I received for
this action was not received till the 2nd day after, to which is in
violation of the terms of our agreement.
 This
does not come free of charge and per California DMV regulated law, the only
portion of the down payment that was not returned to [redacted] was the exact
amount that was spent in the return of the Hummer and the charge for removing
the aftermarket stereo he had installed, bringing the Hummer back to factory
specifications. [redacted] did return the factory radio and the third row but the
running boards are no longer on the vehicle. The dealership has decided to cut
its losses and leave this matter as it is. In [redacted]'s original response
complaint to the Revdex.com he mentions that he makes a habit of recording
conversations that are otherwise private. If you would advise and pass along
that he should be aware of Cal. Penal Code § 632. It may be in violation to recrd a phone call per PC
sited, but it is not illegal to video in a public place.
It may or may not be admissible
butI had felt it was worth mentioning given the honesty this dealership lacks.

In response to this Revdex.com complaint,
The [redacted] came to the
QUALCOMM Stadium tent sales event to help purchase a vehicle for the
family. After negotiating the price down well below the recently lowered
red-tag price, the [redacted] were introduced to [redacted] in finance...

to
complete the transaction. The next day the mother (who is not on the
deal and per California DMV Law and the privacy laws, we are not allowed
to talk about a transaction with people not listed on the contract).
She was informed that we could go over her requested changes on Monday
after the sales event and in a less noisy environment. Ignoring the
recommendation, she then showed up at he sales event and was informed
that we were not able to assist her that day as she could tell, there
were about 4-6 customers per manager and everyone was busy. Again she
was informed that Monday would be the necessary time to review the file
with her. The dealership began getting repeated phone calls from both
her and her husband demanding that changes be made. The problems listed
were the opted in GAP coverage at $495.00 (retail and normal price of
$850.00) and the IdentifierPlus program (Theft Deterrent) at $895.00.
GAP coverage is able to be cancelled, all the customer has to do is
write a letter and asking it asking for the coverage to be removed. The
Identifier Plus coverage is a theft deterrent item that is on the sales
contract, on a separate form called "Optional Good and Services" and the
actual Identifier Plus Program page. So there were 3 separate forms
that singed by them letting them know what was being purchased. To say
they were uninformed would be a very false statement. Even though they
had perhased the Identifier Plus system, the East County PreOwned
Superstore allowed the customers to reduce the sales price of the
Identifier Plus down to $376.00 as a customer service. You will see the
attached document (scanned in gift card) that was given to [redacted], the
finance manager, not a sales person after this new change to the
contract was performed. After all of these changes, we received a
complaint through the Revdex.com system. No matter what you do for some
customers, they will never be satisfied.
We have done all that we are
able to with this customer and the East County PreOwned Superstore
wishes them the best wherever they may go in the future.
Thank You

Hello  ---- this is a response to the dealerships response to case #[redacted]

In response to the super store letter, it seems they have just tried to defend themselves.  The attitude displayed in this letter it the attitude of the dealership towards its customer…   [redacted] did not represent himself as a customer oriented individual… they got their money and do not care about the customer after the paper and check is signed… good luck.  This is not the type of business we should have in our community and buyers should ALL be warmed of their devious practices… this business is not recognized as a part of the Revdex.com, may because of their practices.

1.        The Theft detection systems was presented as a write-off for your insurance.   It was NOT presented as
a.       an option item (which it was but we were NOT allows to choose)
b.      there was a cost associated with this theft system.

2.       This car was being sold to a [redacted],  car.  An $800 charge was important for a person making $8.00/hr  that is a year of payments just for theft detections.   We would NOT have purchased this if it were known at the time of sale
3.       The statement said to [redacted] was “ how can you sleep at night” referring to slipping this sale in without clarifying what it was exactly.
a.       Please note [redacted] YELLED at us as we left the building   “ hope you AND SLEEP TONIGHT”
Also notice that my wife felt sorry she said that and apologized to [redacted] did not even acknowledge she got the card OR any apology, phone call etc. this business is not recognized as a part of the Revdex.com, may because of their practices.
4.       Vehicle Registration was over charged…

Thanks for your time and response…

My credit was not in question. I already had approved credit from car max for a car they were bringing down from Escondido.  I had sent El Cajon superstore an e-mail to that effect and said I was not interested in their car.  They called me and said the car I had originally inquired about that was listed as $9,900  I could have for $9,000 if I came down and talked to them My husband and I went down within 30 minutes and then their game began.  As a matter of fact they are still running an add for that car in cars.com.  The whole thing is s sham. They are crooks

I am now driving the car from CarMax and might I add they are a very honest company with wonderful employees. Not scamp artist

[redacted] had called about one of the many vehicles that are for sale here on the lot at the East County PreOwned Superstore. When she spoke with Jeff (Salesman) she let him know that...

they had challenged credit and it would be difficult but wanted to see what could be done for them. Once the manager had ran her credit, they were indeed what is called "Challenged credit" so it was going to be difficult to secure a vehicle loan for her. This dealership sells between 160 and 200 vehicles per month and the salesman have to go and touch the vehicle to verify that the vehicle is still on the lot for sale. Our inventory management system is tied directly to our advertising and once the vehicle sells, it is automatically removed from the feed that supply's all of our online advertising sources. If she had asked to see the vehicle before filling out any of the paperwork, then she would have known at that time that the vehicle that she saw online was no longer available. It is common for car dealerships to have a customer come in and say they have bad or less than clean credit and want to see what they qualify for.
As far as the customer saying she wanted all of her paperwork back, once credit has been ran by a dealership, In California per DMV Regulations, they must keep the customers information on file for 5 years thereafter it would then be shredded per the consumer privacy act.
If you have any further questions please feel contact me via [email protected] or you can call the dealership at 619-588-7702

I remember [redacted] very well. She purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 65k miles on 12-10-2016. She wanted to make sure that the vehicle she had purchased had Bluetooth (hands free phone option). She came to service about a week after her purchase asking how to use the Bluetooth. She met...

with [redacted] (Service Manager) and Myself (General Manager) and we informed her that the vehicle does in fact have Bluetooth, but as with all Jeep products you must subscribe to the U-connect service. When you purchase  Jeep product brand new from the factory they provide a one year subscription for free to get you used to how it works.  She refused to do this so I called a stereo installation service shop and inquired about and aftermarket Bluetooth unit that would not have a service fee attached to it. As a customer service and to try to assist in making her a happy customer, I offered to cover $125.00 of this aftermarket Bluetooth device. She refused my offer and said we should pay for the whole installation. I am sorry that she did not accept my offer but the fact remains, she has the requested Bluetooth already in her vehicle. If there are any further questions, please feel free to contact me. I will still leave my offer on the table until 4-6-2017 if [redacted] decides to accept our offer.  [redacted]

Attending the giant used car tent sale last month and walked out with what we thought was our car. The car was shown to us with a sticker that read not for sale fresh trade in. The deal was finalized on a Sunday and we were told that the vehicle needed to pass the smog before they can deliver it to us on Tuesday. We signed all the documents and paid our down payment. Walked out and waiting for the phone on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and nothing. We contacted them on Wednesday and said that the vehicle did not pass the smog test, I immediately when to the car dealership and they told me they couldn't fix or sale it to me, that it was actually going to go back to the auction. So I got my down payment back and that was that. Fast forward to today when I went into my bank to get a car loan and they advised me that they cannot give me a loan because I still had one open for "that" vehicle we never got. I drive to dealership to clear it out and as I drive in there was the vehicle that we originally purchased smog and safety checked ok. I walked in and it took them 45 min to come back and offer me a deal that wasn't even a legitimate deal or fair enough for all the trouble we have been through and having our credit targeted. I asked them to give me the loan money or close out the loan. They ended up closing the loan and we still walked out with nothing. This must be some sort of fraud wherein they can keep your loan open for so long after the deal did not go through? What kind of business are they running??

We will be moving forward with legal action against this company.  The General Manager failed to state it took them almost a week to replace a "simple" part; this is AFTER we were initially told by their service person [redacted] that he was "too busy".  [redacted] supposedly "fixed" the problem with the vehicle only to find out the problem was NOT fixed, the part he was waiting for was NOT new, AND to make things even crazier, he DISABLED the tire pressure system so it wouldn't read - we went to 2 independent Ford Dealerships to confirm this.  THAT IS ILLEGAL AND A SAFETY HAZARD TO MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.  The extended warranty we purchased, guess what?, doesn't cover these issues. After making a recent inquiry into registration issues which we were also lied to about, I was given the pleasure of finding out that my vehicle was a "repossessed" vehicle and they "legally did not have to tell me that."  Wow.We have requested a cancellation of the extended warranty policy which was personally taken to the dealership today, and since this company won't take back this piece of garbage they sold us, as they should.  We will be moving to the next level.
Regards,
[redacted] And [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Having the money refunded would resolve things, but I have no faith that it will get done if I accept the offer. The payment that they claim to be sending is still MIA. This will be the 4th time that these people will have "lost" our check. On the second matter regarding the trade-in car I'm going to go ahead and assume that, since it was all but stolen under the table, there probably wouldn't be a paper trail with the fake offer. [redacted] told us the dealership would only offer us $500 for our '07 Ford Focus & that we would be better off selling to him personally for $1000. He wrote us a check for $800 because he 'cut us such a deal'. It was later learned that my car would have been worth $3000 at any real business.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: We purchased two vehicles from this company two days ago, one of which is a 2011 Ford Fusion SE with 25k miles. Was told their service department goes through all their vehicles to make sure they are in top shape. When I go to drive the Fusion off the lot, the "Tire Pressure System Fault" illuminates on the dash. I was two miles from home so I called the salesman who stated the tire pressure was probably low. It wasn't. I was told to call the service department to speak to a [redacted] who told me, very rudely he was too busy to deal with the car. My husband called our salesman and he stated we could bring the vehicle to them (today) so they could make sure it was "just the after-market tires" that were put on the vehicle. I had not driven the vehicle since we drove it home, so during the less than 10 miles it took to get to their location on the freeway, the front end of the car starts pinging and shaking and doing all sorts of mess. When we arrive (to give them their checks as well), some other associate comes and gets the car and I tell him of the issue. He drives it ad immediately tells me their is definitely some sort of "coil" issue and that we are lucky it happened now! I ask to speak to the manager, who doesn't care to here what we have to say, but had no problem continually telling us about his $65k Lexus he purchased that was on the fritz. He kept trying to tell me how grateful we should be that the issue was happening now instead of 6 months down the line. Our issue is that the vehicle, with the two major SAFETY issues, should not have been allowed to be sold in the first place and we didn't want that particular vehicle anymore. He then went on to threaten us saying we had to bring in the check or they were going to send it to "their" bank and we'd have to "buy" the contract from them. Still no word on what's wrong with the car. But they made sure to threaten us again about purchasing the vehicle.Desired Settlement: We did not opt to purchase a vehicle that has to be re-buildt from just the little we know of. If the manager, [redacted], wasn't such a rude man, we would have liked to look for something else/similar. Otherwise, we don't want that vehicle because they LIED about it's condition - it's SAFETY ISSUES. They already have $32k of our money.

Response:

[redacted] and [redacted] purchased two vehicles from the East County PreOwned Superstore in April of 2015. On their way home the customers found thatthere was a light on the dashboardthat they were unfamiliar with. They immediately called the salesman that had sold them the vehicles and asked for his

advice. Once they had describedthe shape of the symbol that was illuminated,he was able to explain to them that it was the Tire PressureSystem and it was showinga fault. The system was reading a false or loss of signal from one of the tire pressure sensorson the vehicle. They were instructed to contact[redacted] (Service Manager)to set an appointment. This was just after a tent sale weekend in where the store had just sold over 70 vehicles. This is why the customersare instructed to contactservice and set an appointment sothat they are able to be addressedas soon as they arrive.Once they had contacted [redacted] and set an appointment to bring in the vehicle, they also mentioned that the vehicle had a noise coming from the front end. The vehicle in question was under the current full factory warranty and it was a simple part replacement. When the vehicle is being serviced,if the fault does not occur, then the servicedepartment will not addressitas they were unaware of the problem. The component must fail during inspection for them to replace it. Once the customers brought thevehicle in to be serviced, they asked to see the manager. They were introduced to [redacted] (General

Manager) and were stating that they just didn't want the vehicle anymore. During the sales processthey were given a very low rate of interest, but still wantedto contact theirown credit union to try to get an even lower rate of interest.

This is known as an "Option Contract" in where the dealership will postpone the funding of the contract

for a few days to allow the customers to go to their own bank of choice. If they are unable to beat the rate of interest or no longer wish to use their own bank, then the dealership would then just cash the contract with the original bank at the contracted rate of interest. This if fully optional and is done as a

courtesy for the customer. All contracts used in the State of California are "Simple Interest" and can be paid off at any time with no penalties

or additional fees, so if even they were unableto secure the lower rateif interest right away, they could stilldo this at a later date and just transferthe loan to their own bank. The customer wanted to just return the vehicle and hand the keys back. They said they would not give us the check from their bank to pay for the vehicle. So it was again explainedto them that in California there is "NoCooling Off Period" which means that you are not allowed to just "return" a vehicle because you simplychange your mind. There is a new legal

form that is required by the State of California that allows customersto purchase an option to return a vehiclewithin a time and mileage restriction. This form was filled out by [redacted] and [redacted] Wilson, and that option wasdeclined. The customers were referencing that the Genera! rv'!anager vJas talking about his nevv' 65k Lexus, and had no interest in what they were saying.

The fact of that matter isas follows. I am the General Managerand I did just purchasea brand new 2015 Lexus from El Cajon Lexus. I had explainedto the customer that I had the vehicle for less than 800 miles and I have already had a failurewith the Navigation system and the Backup Camera system. I was trying to explain that even brand new cars can have problems, but if the dealership that sold it was repairing the vehicle with no charge to the customer, then the problem

was just a minor inconvenience andnot out of the ordinary. Itwas also mentioned that it was a goodthing that the problem had occurred rightaway and not 6 months down the line becausethe vehicle has a 30 day or 1000 mile Buyers GuideWarranty thatwould cover certainfailures if they happened right away. However,if it were 6 months later, the coverage would have

expired. So it was a good thingthat this had happened right away. The East CountyPreOwned Superstore has an onsiteservice department and is contracted with many 3rd party service shops,so that we may be able to assist our customers to the best of our abilities. In this case, the customers' problems were addressedright away and with no additional charges. They were even given a ride home and arrangements were made to have the shuttled back once the repairswere completed.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Review: I called into this dealership after being pre qualified with road loans, the qualification was based on a business owner. Upon arriving to the dealership and picking an auto they persuaded me not use road loans suggesting that I would get a better deal with one of there lenders.

I had came in with bank statements and all other information required to prove my self employment. The salesman requested that I sign the credit app and mentioned that he would then fill it in, I first decline because I had already had my credit ran and did not wish to damage it any further by continuous checking, He assured me that that was not the case, and we proceeded. Later, they said that I was approved and proceeded to sign a contract with me. A few days later I had started to receive calls from lenders, the first call after the interview the caller asked that I verify my social security number, when I had repeated it she asked why it is different from the one printed on the copy of the w2 she is viewing, well I didn't provide one. I had asked [redacted] there finance manager to try applying as a business owner and if needed I will put down another 5k, he said he would, and also assured me that I will not have to endure the frustration of returning the the auto.

So rather than trying to honestly apply to get financing they continued to having lenders call, and each time they called I was always honest and because the information I was providing them was different that information the dealership was they would decline. Now its been over 3 weeks and the dealership has broke our contract, repo -ed the auto, I believe is violation of the contract.

Update,

I went in today to recover my truck and my down payment, KARL wasn't in yet so I spoke with the I presume the OWNER uncertain, when I first met the day I made the purchase he certainly gave me that impression.

I had my video on record again as I did during the day of purchase in case I need to show the Authority on the matter.

I brought up the improper repossession and stated that there was not anything in our contract to justify the manner in which they handled the repossession.

He stated he he couldn't respond to that because he doesn't know whats in it.

The conversation carried on and he brought up the situation with fraudulent check stub, this was good enough for me now I have the sales manager and the OWNER? CONFIRMING THEIR ACTIONS.

KARL,

finally arrives, and he has the nerve to tell me that he did have the right to reposes the H2 because "I broke the contract by not being able to get financed fraudulently".Desired Settlement: I would like to have my full down payment returned and the stole item that was taken by ABA RECOVERY SERVICE.

Customer Information:

Mr [redacted] came in and was attempting to finance a 2006 Hummer H2 from the East County PreOwned Superstore on or about 03-17-2014. A Hummer vehicle is not accepted by most banks for financing so getting Mr [redacted] financed was more difficult than expected. Once we had exhausted the few banks that would accept the financial obligations, we had asked Mr [redacted] to return to the dealership. After being stood up we had no choice but to have the vehicle in question returned as we had no way to obtain financing for Mr [redacted] in a Hummer vehicle. Once it was apparent he was not going to return the vehicle, the dealership was left with no other choice but to have the vehicle picked up by a licensed company in where they specialize in returning vehicle to the banks or dealerships to whom they belong. This does not come free of charge and per California DMV regulated law, the only portion of the down payment that was not returned to Mr [redacted] was the exact amount that was spent in the return of the Hummer and the charge for removing the aftermarket stereo he had installed, bringing the Hummer back to factory specifications. Mr [redacted] did return the factory radio and the third row but the running boards are no longer on the vehicle. The dealership has decided to cut its losses and leave this matter as it is. In Mr [redacted]'s original response complaint to the Revdex.com he mentions that he makes a habit of recording conversations that are otherwise private. If you would advise and pass along that he should be aware of Cal. Penal Code § 632.
