*** *** has expressed two issues in her complaintThe first is that we have not responded to her and the second is that she does not recognize the accounts in questionWith regard to the first issue we have responded to this web site on two previous occasions dated June *** and July *** 2014.In addition, at the time of the first complaint we sent a detailed response to *** ***’s address listed on the complaintAt the time we responded to the second Revdex.com complaint we also resent the detailed response to *** *** at the same listed address by overnight UPS packageUPS confirmed delivery of the package on ***, July at the address listed on the complaint

These documents are publicly available online through PACER via the case’s Claim Register.
Regarding the second issue please note that at the time of mailing the copies of IRS Form 1099-C, eCAST used the most recent address listed in our records, which is now understood to be out of date. Please note that we will send copies of the IRS Form 1099-C to [redacted]’s updated address. Furthermore we abandoned collections on the accounts and we are required by law to meet certain tax reporting obligations under the IRS code. By making the 1099C filings in question eCAST met its obligation to the IRS. We consider this matter to be closed.
