I spoke with *** at 2:34pm on 2/*/and learned that the credit I received was from ***, and not the company that failed to send my purchase. *** also stated that they are still waiting for a response to their questions.The company still has my money and did not send the product. I want them to pay as they rightfully should, and the credit not come out of ***'s pocket

The customer had filed a chargeback with their credit card company in December and their credit card company should have already issued the credit according to our merchant processorThey need to check with their credit company with the card used ending in ***
