We had responded to your emailed request yesterday stating we would have another shipped today

Carson W*** lied to us repeatedly about the materials being shipped/on their way. The materials that were sent were not the ones we agreed upon and he only sent half of the necessary material, two months later than promised. He was notified immediately and has promised to send us a refund check multiple times -- we have written proof of this. We have the labels printed and ready to apply to the packages as soon as we receive a check. Because of his excuses and broken promises and the reviews we have read about his company, we are very leery about sending the lights back before he refunds our money. During our last correspondence, he again told us the check was on its way -- if it was truly on its way, we would have received it and contacted *** to pick up the materials that were sent. He did not respond to the letter from our lawyer, refuses to give us his actual address, and has stopped communicating. We were unaware that he is now waiting to send the check before the lights are returned. Not only are we out the $6000+, but also lawyer fees. We will not be satisfied until he resolves this issue, which started on Sept***.

Hello, I received an email that my complaint was closed. I never received the product from the business nor did I receive a refund. Is there anything else I can do? Is that all the help the Revdex.com provides? They replied to the complaint but the reply was just talk, as they never actually followed through. I'm honestly done listening to their lies and don't even believe they are a real business. Nobody answers the phone at their so-called "company and everything they've told me in email has been a lie. I placed an order in September of 2016!

The order was already refunded and the lights were shipped at our cost to the customet

As we advised in an email to the customer on the morning of 10-27 we would check on the refund immediately and make sure it would be applied. This was done and a copy sent over to them via email at 12:05 EST. The refund takes anywhere from 48 - 72 hours to post depending on their bank. If there are...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  Although we are thankful to finally get a refund from Eclipse (after 5 months of fighting them), we are still unhappy with the shady manner that this company conducts business and think they are a scam.  I would definitely not recommend them to others -- in fact, I would warn others to beware and use at their own risk!
