Thieves
Stole money from my bank account for a service I have NEVER signed up for. It started with the penny credit and then $45. These people should be thrown in jail. I need my refund immediately.

Please excuse the discrepancy, our records do show two charges were billed to MS [redacted] , as a result [redacted] can expect an additional refund for a total of ninety dollars in the coming three business daysMS [redacted] can expect the service is herby cancelled and the removal of her information will be automatic once she receives her refundWe hope our response is satisfactory, thank you

Just had the same experience. Old checking account and 20 year old email used to charge me $45. Supervisor was indignant when I asked for access to the account that I apparently paid for without my permission to know what it was used for, as well as the fact that the website solicits opening accounts with as little as a name, address, and bank information on their website. His response was "we're trying to make money."

Same as other people have reported. Unauthorized withdrawal of funds from checking account- fraudulent.. They start with a $0.1 deposit from ecloud solutions and then once your account information is verified they start doing withdrawals from your checking account in the amount of $45.00.

I see from comments that this company started this unethical practice going back to July 2017. They must be obtaining data that has been hacked and using it to setup user accounts. Then they start charging $45.00 fee for service that you never signed up for or knew about. They charge me Nov 2019 and when I called the person sound like they are from India very difficult to understand. Told me I had signup on their web page otherwise how would they have all my information. Everything was correct except they had a very old work phone number that has not been used for over 5 years. This company needs to be investigated because they are ripping many people off,

I got an overdraft notice from my bank for $45 on a an account I hadn't used in months. I contacted the bank and was told it was from ecloud8442450040. After looking further I noticed a .01 credit and then another $45 charge. The bank reversed the overdraft. And I haven't been able to get ecloud on the phone yet. total scam. There isnt a negative star on the ratings or that is what I would have picked

This is a total scam. Read the reviews! How is it this many people had their banks charged without their permission? My girlfriend had 45.00 taken out of her account. When we called, they were able to look it up with just a name and said that we had subscribed. They gave us an old e-mail address which we no longer use. They said they would cancel the charge and that is fine but there is something fishy about the number of people this is happening to. We were obviously hacked and this company either did it themselves or purchased our info from a hacker.

This company is awful. I saw on my bank statement that this company withdrew $45. I never signed up for this company in any way shape or form. I contacted the company and they said they would refund my money within 4-6 business days. This was followed up with an email stating as such. On the 11th business day still not refund. I called and they stated that according to them they had processed the refund. I stated I did not receive it. They said all I had to do was send a copy of my bank statement! No thank you then they can have more information. I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Jason spoke to me stating the same thing. I said I would never send a company like them my bank statement. I stated that if I did not receive my money then my lawyer would be speaking to this company. He then said "Are you threatening me?" I said no I am informing you of my intentions. He was rude and not helpful. I since googled this company and they have done this same thing numerous times. They are considered on some websites potential scammers. I will be getting in touch with BBB and if I have to I will contact a lawyer to get my money back. Even if I have to spend $500 just to get $45 back. It would be well worth it.

I discovered in the fall of 2017 that I had been billed 45.00 per month from 8/17 through November of 2018 for a service I had no knowledge of and no need for. I disputed the transactions with my bank and contacted the company. They verified the charges had begun in August of 2017, were purchased on-line with my debit card number, but reflected an address I had lived at over 8 years ago. The gentleman I spoke to said that he could refund 90 days of payments and nothing more. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to transfer my call. He further stated they are "running a business" and not a business of returning money. My reply was simply that I didn't sign up for their service, had never utilized it and was unaware the account existed. I expect a full return of all funds and will be relentless in posting reviews, calling the company, contacting the BBB and every other forum or consumer resource available. I'd prefer to give no starts, but forced to give one to submit. LR

In order to see settle this matter and close the account in question we will need to know the name of the person who was actually billed, please provide more information so that we can refund any charge due to the client billedComplaints launched against us have all been settled and are not
unusual for companies doing online business with the public, in rare cases clients have their information registered without their knowledge and in those cases we quickly cancel the service and refund what is due that clientWe hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible once we receive the information requestedThank you
