However if MS [redacted] can provide documentation that shows she suffered an overdraft fee, we would be more than willing to refund the entire requested amount. As per the billing of MS [redacted]'s account, her billing information was registered online on our website and subsequently she was billed. Given the nature of this complaint and MS [redacted]'s assertion that she did not authorize the disputed charge, we have issued a refund and closed her file with us.
