In response to this complaint and in an effort to settle this matter a refund for the full amount requested has been issued*** * *** can expect to receive her 180$ refund in the coming five business daysOnce the refund is received Louis ***'s information will be removed from our

As stated in my original complaint the account is not under my name it is for my year old grandmotherI am not putting any of her information onlinePlease give me a direct phone number to your company to call and get this issue resolved once and for allAs I was told someone would contact me from your fraud department to resolve this issue on multiple occasions and that has never occurredI would also like a first and last name of someone at the company to contact my self directly to resolve this issue for my grandmotherOnce the money is refunded and you stop taking money out of her account fraudulently each month we will consider it resolved

This refund has yet to hit my account and I had to submit my bank statement to prove this to this company, also my bank has just acknowledged this was fraud

I do not believe that for one secondI do not know how they expect to do that, as my name has recently changed, and when they took my money, my last name was different. They should have not even have any record of *** ***, as the name on the bank account they took it from is still my maiden name(***). My name is not legally changed yet

Our records show a refund was sent yesterday February 6th and received today February 7th Effective immediately all information that pertains to *** *** will be removed, therefore she will not be billed again. As is concerns the billing of MS *** account and how her

Our records are showing a refund of $90.00 was issued and then received on the 12th of September, please allow us to investigate this matter as to why this refund has not been deposited back Todd Sherman's account as claimed in this complaint. Thank you.

Please excuse the fact the refund promised to MS [redacted] has yet to be sent, the blame lay with our customer service department and has now been resolved. Lorie A [redacted] can expect her refund in the next three business days, the service has been cancelled and upon receiving her refund her file will...

be closed with us. We welcome MS [redacted] to contact us again if any further issues arise in receiving her refund. Thank you.

Since [redacted] refuses to give the name of the account holder, leaving us unable to address this complaint properly she can expect to be contacted in regards to this matter as soon as possible as she requests in this response. Thank you.

As it pertains to the demands made in this complaint from [redacted], Ecloud would be more than happy to close the account in question and refund any charges that could be due to the account holder. We are not in the business of fraud and we do not bill the accounts of people who's information...

has not been registered with us for the purpose of using our service. We are asking for more information as to who's name is on the account so that we have this matter settled expediently. Currently we do not have a [redacted] on file who has been billed to the tune of $450, which is what [redacted] is demanding in refunds. Please provide us more information so we can bring this matter to a close. Thank you.
