I am rejecting this response because: The link they sent to my email on 8/4/17 I hit track my order and it directs me to DHL where I get a No Results Error. I've tried everyday since the 4th. Today is the 9th and I still have no idea on when to expect my order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is semi-satisfactory to me. Instead of receiving a refund I was sent a product that looked nothing like what was ordered. But I really want to be finished with this company and it's shady dealings so at this point, I don't care. No one should have to go through these lengths to receive an order (and a half assed attempt to fulfill what was promised). It's utterly ridiculous.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and now have my refund and consider this resolved - however, the business does not address the the fact that they "not being able to fulfill backorders, the company is constantly running new sales promotions that I receive in emails and social media feeds. Any complaints on their social media pages are deleted. They have disable messaging on their Facebook social media page while they run new sales and post only positive comments.

I am rejecting this response because:I would like to keep it open until I receive my product. This response would be accepted if they gave me a time that I would receive my item.  I Do not want to close this and be waiting two months or more for my item. And just a side note yes a credit was offered for all of the time I have spent on the phone and writing emails to the company that have gone unanswered and unreturned. I finally got a hold of someone yesterday after I filed this complaint and she did give me a gift card,   But that was purely for all of the time I have spent trying to  find out where my item was and  get my item sent to me.  Like I said I would like a date that I will receive my item by, I don't want it left open ended for them to take forever to give me my product that was supposed to ship within 15 days.
