I am rejecting this response because:I still have not received a written confirmation proofing that the order was cancelled. I have already asked for this 3 times now. I would like to receive such confirmation TODAY to the email address you have on file.

I am rejecting this response because: I contracted to have them delivered to someone as a gift by a certain time.  You failed that contract in that you did not deliver the items on time.  Therefore our contract of purchase is void.  No money is owed.Despite failing to deliver the items on time, you did deliver late.  However, that late delivery is not my responsibility, it is yours.  I certainly cannot return your merchandise to you as I am not in possession of it.  If you'd like to request that the recipients return your merchandise to you, at your expense, that is your concern.  I don't believe that they would have any obligation to do so.  Regardless of their decision to return your merchandise or not, I would still have no financial obligation to you.At this point it is my reasonable belief that Eco Flowers owes me $45.00.  If payment is not forthcoming then I will also seek reimbursement from Eco Flowers for any costs incurred by me during my collection efforts.
