Hello,Thank you for reaching back out to us. In the previous correspondence a link was sent to you to track your shipment. DHL is our partner carrier but we do not use their tracking process. I am including the link again, [redacted]. Tracking shows the item is in transit. The order will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery. Once the order has been handed over to USPS you may copy and paste the tracking number sent to you and would be able to track it through them as well. All orders with tracking information has been shipped.Thank you

refund was completed well within this time frame and was completed on January 25th. The refund was reviewed and shows that it was completed successfully. This company did not refund my money until after I let them know that I doliaputed the charges with my bank and fand led a complaint with the Revdex.com. According to the online reviews, this practice is EXTREMELY common for Eco Flower.

However, I am deeply disgusted with the way in which this company does business. There are thousands of customers dealing with similar problems. There is an entire Facebook page dedicated to customers who have been taken advantage of by Eco Flower and are told that their products are back-ordered with no timeline of when they will receive their goods. In spite of the serious issue of insufficient product, they continue to offer deals and send out multiple marketing blasts a day to inquire more orders that cannot be filled. They then delete any comments made by unsatisfied customers on their social media to avoid loss of future business. This is very dishonest and unacceptable.

If you chose to return your shipments you may do so at your own discretion. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
