I am rejecting this response because:I had already opened a claim with PayPal on July - the day before you sent this response telling me I needed to open a claim with PayPal in order for you to process my refund. It is PayPal Case Number: *** and the Buyer's Transaction ID is: ***. There is therefore no reason why you cannot and should not have already refunded my $59.99. Your response and your continuing inability to process my refund are unacceptable

I am rejecting this response because: I received an email on October 24th stating that my refund was processedHowever, it is now November 3rd which is business days later and still no refundI also responded to the email and said I did not receive the credit and still no responseI had to dispute this charge with my credit card companyMy credit card company has issued the temporary creditI am worried that this business will continue to hold customer’s money until they fight them for itThat is not how a business should work
