Hello,Thank you for reaching out to usAs per our Terms & Conditions we prioritize weddings by delivery/wedding dateBased off your order it does show that it was delivered prior to the wedding date which is the only guaranteed date for deliveryI do see that you were advised of this as
well. In regards to your refund for the photo proofI have reviewed the order which that was on and have verified that it was refunded back to the original form of payment and no additional refund will be issued. As for the issues with your Boutonniere's I do see that you contacted us in regards to the flower that was usedAs were advised at that time our Terms & Conditions do state that we may make substitutions as neededAt the time of order placement you did agree to our Terms & Conditions prior to completing your orderHowever, our customer service department went above and beyond and had another Boutonniere made and a picture was sent for your approval and were willing to overnight them to youYou chose to not accept the replacement that was offered although it was not required of us to do soI am also including a link to our Terms & Conditions as well as a copy of our Changes to Products and Pricing clause.CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICING.Eco Flower may, at any time, revise or change the pricing, availability, specifications, content, descriptions or physical features of any products sold or services offered through the ServiceSince flowers are hand made, and colors each batch may very in color and appearanceThe inclusion of any products or services through the Service at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any other timeWe reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on the Service, or the Service, at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occurAll such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of such new product prices to the Service.Thank you

Just to clarify, we at EcoFlower Weddings are a separate company to Eco Flower in Ogden, UtahWe used to be more of a sister-company to Eco Flower that did the wedding ordersBut, in March 2016, Eco Flower launched their own wedding line. This can cause confusion. We at EcoFlower Weddings are a much smaller company that specializes in custom crafting wedding flowers made to orderBecause our ordering process is more involved, orders are placed either over the phone or via emailWe do not offer a "click and order" feature on our website. Based upon the order number and the salesperson identified in the claim, it is very likely that this order was placed with Eco Flower in Ogden, Utah.
