CUSTOMER CALLED AND SAID HE WAS UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE - CUSTOMER WAS OFFERED A FREE SERVICE WHICH HE REFUSED.  CUSTOMER SAID HE WOULD REFUSE FURTHER SERVICES.  HE WAS TOLD ABOUT THE CHARGEBACK FEE AND HE INFORMED CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT HE WOULD PAY IT.

ALL FEES HAVE BEEN VOIDED FOR THIS CUSTOMER.

after 2nd service, customer is placed on a quarterly basis. Should he need reservices all customer needs to do is call office. The 100% guarantee is not a money guarantee but a service guarantee - which quotes: "If your bugs come back inbetween regular visits, we will return and treat for free. After three services for the same pest problem, if we don't have your bugs under control, we will CREDIT 100% of your last full payment." This is on the service agreement. Therefore, customer will not get a refund and it is also stated on service agreement - should customer cancel before its completion, customer agrees to pay a cancellation charge of $200.00

Ecoshield's response is not correct. I did not sign up for 2 years. The contract is for one year with 4 quarterly visits. Also on their website they clearly state that they have a "100% Money Back Guarantee". Look at www.ecoshieldpest.com

The Service Agreement reads "if your bugs come back in between regular visits, we will return and treat for free. After three services for the same pest problem, if we don't have your bugs under control, we will credit %100 of your last full payment. This is NOT a money back guarantee but a service guarantee - customer was asked if we could set up a reservice but he refused. Our company controls pests and/or mice not eradicate. Customer's cancellation fee has been voided but no refund will be given as service was provided.

This company is a complete scam. There salesmen lie to your face saying that you can cancel whenever you want but then you get slapped with a cancelation fee. This company shouldn't be accredited by the Revdex.com! This company being accredited by the Revdex.com just makes me lose faith in the Revdex.com. Please be aware you are accrediting a company that is out scamming homeowners.
