I am rejecting this response because: *** continues to try and distract from the factsWhen *** *** the technician made his sale pitch the $pets control service was for both the exterior and the interiorWe never rejected them doing the insideThat was the main place we wanted service because we have dogsBecause the service NEVER worked was why we wanted a reservice and they wanted to charge us to reserviceSo that is when *** got involved and begged us to stay and asked us to please give them another chance to make things rightThat we were correct that we should not be charged to be serviced in between services and that each property was different. It may take a couple of more times for it to take. Verbally he told me we could quite for any reason without being charged the $disconnect feeYes he did offer a year of free treatment but I told him I did not want it because it did not work and the technicians never showed up when they where supposed to or not even at allSo free what! Its not about getting anything for freeIts the customer service and the quality of the treatment, integrity of the company, having a treatment that works to keep the pest goneThat he would send someone that day back out to reservices us, and credit us the initial service of $which he wrote in his email about the credit but never didHe promised that we could get out for any reason and that he would make sure we were taken care of for us to just give them another chanceWe did give them another chance and the product still did not work, on top of that in September no one came to our property to service us but we were bill $92.01. No one ever treated the inside, we never rejected the inside treatmentWhy would we request that service and agree to pay for it then continue to pay for it but not want itThat's simply crazyBut we were charged for a service that we did not receive in SeptemberI then spoke to ***e about this and told him since the treatment was not working we wanted to cancel the contract and that we wanted to be credit for Sept since no one came to our property and we still expected the credit for the intial service he promised in his emailWe did not sign a receipt for Septembers treatment either as he is trying to make things appear, we only signed for the intial service, the reservice, and 2nd service in June16 . That was because *** acted as he was trying to work with us and we were trying to work with them, by giving them another chance and he told us that it would take a couple of more times for it to take. The treatment did not takeWe tried to give them more then one chance since *** did ask for us to give them a chance to show that they did have good customer service and that the product should work but that each property was different so if we would give them another chanceThey only treated our property times, that was the initial time, the reservice and the 2nd scheduled service in June 16, and no one came in Sept as they billed us for that anyways tooThe credit he claims to have placed on our account is higher then what we are stating he owes usThat is just a bait and switch and these are deceptive trade practices. All he is doing to trying to distract from the fact that the product did not work, he told us he would credit us the intial service, he also told us we could cancel the contract in writing if the product didn't work! Which it did not, and he told us and Revdex.com that he credit us for Sept $which none of this has he doneIf he had done any of this I would not be making a complaint against him. If the Revdex.com can not assist us and Ecosheild continues to resist complying with what we are requesting and what he agreed too in his emailThen the only choice we will have is to file a complaint about deceptive trade practices with the attorney generals officeI am only asking for what he promised he would do!

credit for the intial service of $that he promised in his email that I providedCanceling the service since it NEVER worked as I have stated over and over without being charged the disconnect fee of $since he did promise that as well in his emailCredit for Septbecause no one ever showed up to treat usHe told me over the phone he would take care of that and credit us $which he claims he has in these responses but has not

The final outcome we desire is a check for $and a letter stating we are in good standing and owe them nothing that the $disconnect fee has been waived

Dec16, This is still not acceptableEcoshield still needs to credit us for September they did not have our permission written nor verbally to draft our account for any services during SeptemberAgain! No one ever came out to our home to service our yard nor our interior for the month of SeptemberPer the contract they were supposed to services us and that would be why we pay themWe were not paying them just to claim they would services usThis is FRAUD! My bank is investigating this matter for fraudI am requesting an invoice for the month of SeptemberI would like to see what signature they have on fileIf there is a signature there then it was forgedWhen a party does not keep their end of a written or oral agreement that breaks the contractEcosheild has not kept their end of the contractWhen the invoice is signed that is the only way per the bank that they have our permission to draft the accountIf not then when they do that is fraudulent. Also they need to refund us our money for the month of June. Which would be $Per MrIgoe email quote "Finally I have credited your first regular service which is scheduled for next week." This email was on May 29, therefore the next regular service was on June 16, He has never credited our RBFCU account. I request the invoice for SeptemberI would like to see what signature they have on fileIf they have anyone of our signature then it was forged. This issues going on with Ecoshield are bait and switch, deceptive trade practices which are laws they are breaking that the Attorney General can investigateI will file a complaint as well on this if it is not resolved. I will be out of town this week and have family in town for the Holidays. My expections for this final resolution are: An invoice for September Check for Sept charges $Check for June charges of $4.Copy of the canceled contract Total they owe us $184.02 Our address is *** *** *** *** ** *** If this can not be resolved before the new yearI will file a small claims courtThis is a matter of principle and integrity! Did not like anything about EcoShieldUnfortunately we didn't read reviews firstWhen we paid for one service (which didn't even work) we got told the next month about them coming back out per annual contractWe never signed a contract but when we called company, they said when we paid for the first service it was included and could not cancel without a huge feeWe rent our home and don't even have a year left in lease, why would we ever sign a year contract!? They're impossible to deal with and services do not keep the bugs away

Mr*** signed a pest control service agreement with EcoShield Pest Control on 05/03/
We performed two regular services, the initial service, and a free re-service, all of which were signed for by Mr***.
Mr*** has signed each invoice,
indicating that the
services were in fact performedIf Mr***, at
the time, did not want the inside of the home treated, that was up to
his discretionIf you read my original email carefully, I stated that
if you were unsatisfied with the service that I would cancel your
account without the $cancellation fee
We are wiling to refund the the service from September for $Also
as I had stated before, I have credited $on your account, which means
you would have free services for the remainder of the contract.
Because we have a signed service agreement and signed invoices,
including a free re-service, we cannot refund those services
If you are not willing to accept my offer of free service, and you are cancelling for a reason

We did not approve to have any services completed and I'm not willing to pay for something we did not approve. A reduced charge is not acceptable. I want full refund to my debit card. Once again we did not appove any services. This company does not have a contract with us or does it have anything signed to give them permission to take out money from my account.

Complaint: ***Yesterday, on 11/11, I received a message from ***, Office Manager, with EcoShield that I picked up at 4:PM that was left at about
9:that same morning. The Revdex.com sent me an email at 5:AM that day that the business had been contacted, so I assumed the call was in response to the Revdex.com complaint and Angie’s list review*** indicated that she did not know about the complaint and was calling because our file made it to her desk to resolve. Thank you, *** for calling me
I work at a church, and with the very large metal roof, my cell phone does not work inside the worship center. I explained this to *** when I returned her call apologizing for not calling her back earlier that day
I went through the entire timeline that is outlined in our Revdex.com report from the landscaping issues which she remembered, through the no calls back as promised issues by ***, issues with the receptionist on 11/where she left me on hold and eventually hung up on me, and charging our credit card that we removed from their web site months agoAt the end of the call, I told her that I would be happy to notate in our Revdex.com report that we resolved our issues if she ensures that we can both walk away from a business relationship that definitely is not working, and that they do not further charge us feesShe said that she did not see a problem with our being able to walk away and not enforce the $termination penalty, but that she needed to get with her branch manager, who I again confirmed to by *** ***She said that she did not see a problem with this, but *** as the branch manager needed to approve
Shay said she would call me back between AM and AM today before I went to work; however, I did not hear anything from her or anyone today from EcoShield. I am not calling them back as the ball in in their court
I do propose that we do this:
- We walk away from any further dealings with each other
- My husband and I would rather pay $to someone in need rather than paying them because of their really poor customer service, and reasons explained in the report. We have someone in mind from our church who would be very thankful for this help
- EchoShield, if they wish, match our $and give it to someone in need. This is in consideration of their damages to our landscaping and punitive damages we have suffered during this relationship
In other words, let us turn this entire bad situation into something good for someone who needs it during this season.

I am requesting our complaint against Ecoshield to be reopened. As I tried to explain to you this morning we never did see the previous email you sent. Even though you claim it was opened. When I originally sent this complaint in, I attached this document. For what ever reason you did not receive it. In this email [redacted] Igoe states that we can cancel the service if it does not work or we continue to have pest at no penalty or charge and that he was crediting us the intial service of $92.01   The service never worked. The first incounter over the phone I had with [redacted] was that the first service did not work, and when we requested to have them come back out here before the next service. We were told we were going to be charged. They also were to do the inside of our home and NEVER did. So when he got involved he told me, that they would credit our account for the first regular service which we were never credit for. Then they never did come and do our inside as we were told by [redacted].   There was the intial service on 5/30/14 (per [redacted] we were going to be credited for and reserviced without being charged) Then the reservice 5/29/14 (which per receipt we were not supposed to be charged and per [redacted]) Then we were serviced on 6/16/14 and charged $92.01 Then we were billed for Sept for $92.01 but no one serviced us, we do not have a receipt we signed for this.   I spoke to [redacted] and told him that we expected to be credited for September since no one came and he told me I would be credited for September. That they would quite drafting our account. That he had already credit that first month. We should not be paying for a service that was not provided, that is stealing.   Per our bank there has never been a credit for that first month, and we were billed for the intial month on 5/30/14, and 6/16/14 and Sept 2014 for a total of $276.03    Then per his response to Revdex.com, we were going to be charged for canceling $200 for a disconnecting services, and that he credited us $92.01 and that he offered a free year of service.   He never credited us any money EVER! Not to our account, not in a check nor refunded us any monies in any amount. He did tell us he would credit the first intial service and Sept. again he never did. He also told us in this email I attached we would not be charged if we decided to cancel. He did offer a year of free service which I declined since they never showed up in Sept, nor ever credit us, since the service did not work and we continued to have pest. It was always an agreement with him and his company to get them to come out here and service us. They never came when they said they would. The service never worked.  All we are asking for is what he told us he would do!  Credit the intial service of $92.01, credit Sept 2014 $92.01 (Eco Sheild does not have a signed receipt for this service since no one showed up to our home), cancel our service and quit billing us without charging us any fee's for canceling service. That brings it to a total of $184.02 that he owes us. Leaving us owing him nothing and us in good standing. Making sure he does not submit this to a collection agency.  We have not asked for 6/16/14 service that we were charged $92.01 for. Even though the service did not work. We have not requested a refund on that. Which we should be doing that.  In total we have paid Ecosheild $276.03 and what we are asking for is a total of $184.02 . Honestly think that is fair and just. I am confident that if we were to go to mediation on this that this email he sent or even small claims court that we would get back $276.03 and possibly our cout cost and filing fee's.  I hope that you can assist us and getting this matter resolved. I rather not have to go to court over a few hundred of dollars. I prefer that Ecosheild just do the correct thing.  Kind Regards [redacted]

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Lie about coming out and never respond in between visits when needed. Never can get anyone on the phone. You always have to leave a message to get no returned phone call. POOR. POOR. POOR
