We have made several attempts to reach Ms. [redacted] both via phone and email. We would very much like to resolve any issues she is having regarding service. If Ms. [redacted] could please call us at [redacted], we will be happy to assist.

I chose to go with this company because of the name. I was under the impression that this company was ecofriendly. Within a week the product killed my grass and burned my shrubs. I contacted the company, and they told me that the technician should not spray the shrubs, so there was no way this would happen. I let her know he in fact did spray the shrubs, and I even had pictures to prove how the grass and shrubs were damaged, as I had taken picture 2 days before, after doing our yard in preparation for them coming out. When all was said and done the agent said there was nothing they could do.

Attached are the signed documents by Mr. [redacted] The original complaint was that we never serviced the home. These documents show that they were serviced. Now, the complaint is that the services didn't work. We will cancel the service agreement without the cancellation fee. No further contact will be addressed since we are cancelling the contract.

This customer's account has been cancelled and all remaining charges have been eliminated, per the request of the customer.

We had issued a refund for $96.13 on 10/08/14 per the customer's request. Also, Mr. [redacted]'s account with EcoShield was cancelled on 10/14/14.  We apologize for any confusion.

Usually I wouldn't bother to leave a review for any company, but today I felt the need to do so. The technician ([redacted]) who serviced my home was very knowledgeable in the field. My house and yard was infested with fleas and there were a few wasp nests sitting outside of my home. [redacted] pointed out the issues and exactly what needed to be done about the fleas in my home and even provided additional tips to prevent it from happening again. After he took care of the inside of my home I left my home and allowed him to service the yard when I was gone. Unknowingly, I left the front of my house unlocked and [redacted] called me numerous of times to make sure I was aware and let me know he wouldn't leave until I returned to secure the home. I've been receiving service from this company for over a year now and after the service the technician provided today, it was a MUST that I get on here and let it be known. THANK YOU!!

We spoke to Ms. [redacted] on July 2nd. We do treat for carpenter ants, and we do promise to return in between regular scheduled treatments at no charge if the pest problem exists. What we tried to explain to Ms. [redacted], is that we do not guarantee any physical or structural damage caused by carpenter...

ants. The reason for this is because there is often existing damage caused by that particular pest that may not be seen until something such as structural modifications to the home occur. We offered to continue to send technicians there to work on the ant problem, but she refused and asked to cancel her services with us. We did cancel her account per her request. We would be thrilled if Ms. [redacted] would come back on with us so that we can take care of the problem.

I apologize for not getting back to you. I agree, let's turn this situation into something positive. We will cancel your account without any cancellation fee. Our branch is currently running a food drive, as our technicians service homes, they are asking for donations. If it would help your church, we would like  to donate the food collected to you. I am rejecting this response because:
They came twice but were unable to successfully get rid of the carpenter ants.  I did not ask them to reimburse me for the damage caused by the ants - I paid for that myself.  They have told me that they would continue to treat until successful, but I do not want them to continue to come to my home when they are not successful.  I have paid another company for the successful treatment.  EcoShield wants me to pay them $200 for cancellation of the service agreement.  I refuse because they were unable to provide the service they advertised to me and I had to pay another company for the service.
