EcoDry Restoration

I used EcoDry after my water heater burst and flooded my garage. The water leaked into the house as well. All of the workers were mannerly, efficient, clean, and professional. The job was done excellently, and they even paid my deductible! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

We were recommended to contact EcoDry by our heating and air conditioning service man when I showed him a wet spot in our second bathroom. I called them and a gentleman came out in just a couple of hours. He used an electronic device to measure the wetness of the wall. It showed wetness across the base of the wall and he called a crew of two men who also showed up quickly and they removed the toilet and the vanity and the bottom foot of the wall. It was indeed wet behind the wall including the fiber glass insulation. They removed all of that and then cleaned up the floor until it was spotless. We later found the leak. EcoDry was very responsive, started the insurance claim and always cleaned up behind their work. The put in a large humidifier and two low profile fans and dried the wet area over a few days. I would highly recommend EcoDry if you have any kind of water leak.

Fantastic team at ECory and would give the whole company 5 stars. They are all extremely professional, reliable, patient, and very nice. They were nice enough to explain to me in detail what had to be done and how they were going to fix the problem.

I had some water damage in my bathroom walls due to a shower valve leak and got in touch with Ecodry for repairs. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. From the destruction to the installation of a new shower and drywall all work done was perfect. I especially was impressed with Dirk B[redacted] who put it all back together. He was not only polite and personable, his work ethic was unsurpassed. He took the time needed to complete the job with perfection that I have never experienced in a repairman. I will definitely use the company again when I have something that needs done in my home.

EcoDry Restoration was great to work with. I had a water intrusion issue and they arrived promptly, got the area cleaned up, items box and stored. The quote for the clean up and put back was reasonable and approved immediately by our insurance company. There work are was left neat and clean. Once the repairs were approved, they completed the work in a timely fashion, the quality of work was excellent. They kept me updated thur the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion issues.

Ecodry has been wonderful through our whole ordeal. The employee's are most respective and very helpful.

We had a P-Trap break under our kitchen sink resulting in flooding all of the cabinets in the kitchen. We have heard fantastic things about EcoDry Restoration so we gave them a call. They got out to the house very quickly and were extremely professional. They took out all of the cabinets and set up driers to dry all of the water damage. I was really impressed when I got the bill because they had logged everything that they did and the times they where there, etc. They went WAY beyond what they should have to make our kitchen new again. They even helped me when I had some insurance issues!! I am very pleased with their employees and the owners. They are VERY honest and hard working men! They definitely held up to their great name!!! Had water damage my water heater went out and flooded the inside my house. They came out here quick and were removing wet material IMMEDIATELY. They were surprisingly fast and even helped me get every thing set up with my insurance company. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very needy and they answered me every time I called. LOL. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family and anyone that has to deal unexpected water damage like me.

They arrived at the times I was told, polite and professional. Drying out process in 2

days from a broken copper pipe under kitchen sink. ITems from cabinets packed in boxes, Told them what time the insurance adjustor was to arrive and their "estimator" arrived just before that.

Water line to my washing machine broke and I had 1-2 inches of water throughout the house. These guys came immediately and performed mitigation and subsequent repairs. Very responsive plus personable. Also know how to handle insurance company. I highly recommend them

I would and will recommend this company EVERY time to anyone. Their customer service is outstanding, they were always on time (one time they were 15 mins late but they called me to let me know they would be late). They are very fair and professional. I was always able to get ahold of someone, they would call me often to give me updates. They fought my insurance company for me, who was trying to short me thousands of dollars. Outstanding company!

EcoDry responded promptly to our request for service. The water mitigation/demolition effort was done quickly and all debris was removed.

The restoration work was excellent and, in fact, resulted in the damaged area being restored to better standards than its original construction.

EcoDry's employees and subcontractors were very professional and easy to work with.

Should the occasion arise we would use EcoDry again.

I had water damage from an a/c unit in the attic I got a hold of one of the owners from Ecodry Restoration . Seth came out to my home and said that they handled everything from clean up and demo to restoring everything to its original condition.. A total LIE!!!

After the crew came out to remove insulation and sheetrock and dry out water. they sealed up holes in the wall with plastic and used duct tape to secure it to my kitchen cabinets. I know have damage from the duct tape ripping off the finish to my 25,000 dollar cabinets. They did not have a staple gun to staple to the ceiling.

I contacted Seth after numerous attempts only because I blocked my number did he answer. Got a completely different answer from him every time.. These guys cant tell the truth if their life depended on it.. Needless to say they have not done a thing that they promised to do. So be warned do not use this company!!

I am pleased to recommend EcoDry to all who are in need of this service. They employ skilled people who care about their customers and do quality work promptly The y also are good at communicating and try to make a bad experience as easy as possible.The little extra acts of kindness are much appreciated and I actually miss having all the guys around. I feel as though I have new friends and Chance and I have not met but he is my friend too. Alec is an excellent painter and detail man and Sam is everywhere. The State Farm Insurance rep was so prompt and fair about everything. Just goes to show that something good comes from bad experiences!

When my shower was remolded a few years ago the company that did the work (Not EcoDry) cut corners and I ended up with a cracked shower pan. basically water was slowly leaking under the shower and into the walls surrounding the shower and all the way through to out living room. Once I noticed the damage I had no idea what to do or who to call. I was referred to Eco Dry from my home warranty company and from the moment they walked into the house I knew everything would be okay. The first person to come out to our home was Sean and he was there within 30 minutes of my call.....AMAZING!! He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He let me know what would happen throughout the process of the repair and construction and he helped me with my claims to the home owners insurance company.

The sub contractors they sent to do the sheet rock and shower install were equally helpful, professional, prompt, and skilled. If you have damage to your home do yourself a favor and call these guys! They will get it done quickly and never cut corners.
