EcoDry Restoration

I had a plumbing issue under my sink on a Sunday. Eco Dry came out on Sunday to help me. They started water restoration on Monday. They were very kind and helpful.

I had an issue with the reconstruction part was different. It took them a month to put a couple of cabinets back in. When I called they told me that they had a high end kitchen to do. It made me feel that mine was not important. They finally put the cabinets in and the person was nice and did a good job. I talked to the manager and he apologized for the worker's comment.

Overall, it was positive but didn't give me anything kind of discount for the comment or making me wait so long.

Very professional. kept me informed as they handled the water problem. I would use them again.
