After talking with [redacted] account was cancelled

[redacted] emailed many times wanting to push out service, which we allowed him to do a couple timesWe typically do a one month follow up which helps break the egg cycleWhere he decided to push out the service because he did not think he needed itAfter some appointments being pushed out he called and said he was having issues with antsWe scheduled a service to treat themWhen the Tech arrived he noticed that they were fungus gnats and not antsGnats are a pest we do not guarantee and because of that he wanted out of his serviceWe told him that we would be happy to treat them for youThe reason we come out every days is because the product breaks down and we did tell him this, but he refused to have the services until he had pestsAfter the service was preformed, a few weeks later he called in stating that he still had bugsAgain, the reason we come out every daysBecause Mr [redacted] was not on schedule he was not seeing the benefit of the serviceIt is easier to keep bugs away then to start the process again from the startWith that said Mr[redacted] called and wanted to cancel the service where we told him that he was in a service agreement that he signed and we emailed to him and if he wanted to cancel there would he a fee of $plus tax which is on the agreement that he singedHere at Ecoshield have the customer sign documents to show what the customer is signing up for so there is no miscommunicationAfter he Filed the complaint, I called and spoke with him and told him that I would wave the cancel feeHe was pleased that I did so and he said that he would take down the complaintAgain here at Ecoshield we try our every best to keep the customer happy and to have the every best experience with our service

Spoke with [redacted] and reached an agreement that we would zero out her [redacted] bill if she would pay for the [redacted] serviceCustomer agreed to pay the [redacted] bill and get back on a regular scheduleUpdated customers file and made notations to create a better service experience for the customer

I have left a voice mail for customer and will try contacting again to get this resolved with her

Mr [redacted] , I have reviewed your complaint and would like to sincerely apologize for any frustration that our company has caused you Here at Ecoshield, we take all customer complaints very seriouslyI am very sorry for the lack of communication between yourself and our customer service representativesWe treat every customer fairly and offer resolutions to the issues at hand, professionally and in a timely manner I understand in your case no solution was offered, this is not acceptable to our standards Ecoshield offers a re-service guarantee, which means that anytime between your days service, we will send technicians back to the location at no chargeWe understand that some pests are more difficult to get rid of and sometimes those extra services and follow ups are required to ensure that you have a comfortable living space Ecoshield service representatives answer phones from 8am to 5pm central timeAt times we undergo a large volume of calls and we are taking steps to ensure that we have enough employees to provide fast and accurate assistanceWe do not want you to feel ignored or as if your business is not appreciated and for that reason we are taking your feedback very seriously If given the opportunity to make things right, we would like to send a technician free of charge to your home until the issues you are having are resolvedWe do not want any of our customers to walk away from our company with a bad taste in their mouth and our goal is to provide excellent service to you for years to come

We cancelled Mr [redacted] contract out with no charges as he was made aware ofWe gave him his initial service for free and did not charge him any fees to cancelThe staff in my office were yelled and screamed at by Mr [redacted] on several occasions, I myself listened to several voice mails where he was very abusive in the manner he spoke and the words he usedHe called our office over and over even after he was told we would cancel him with no fee'sHe also called the salesman about times in one day as well as leaving him voice mails and text messagesWe never want a customer to be unhappy and will do all we can to make things right., Mr [redacted] did not even give us the opportunity to even try to make things rightNormally there would be a cancellation fee which we waived for Mr [redacted] , we also gave him a free service and never charged him anything for it His account was closed on may 21st, [redacted] *

This is a terrible company stay away from themThey have terrible service and when you call to complain the office people also terribleI have been waiting for months to speak with a supervisor before they come out and sprayTo date I have received No call from a supervisor and when I called the office I was told they have tried Mutlple times to call meI informed the office clerk I have a vm and also caller Id and NO CALL FROM THEMThey also LieStay far away from this company!!!!!!!!I will not let them on my property

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Their product doesn't work I had them come in again after the first treatment because it didn't work After the re-application, it still didn't work Why would I pay for a product that doesn't work? Sincerely, Dan Russell

The product absolutely works when the program is followed the way it is meant to be followed If the agreement is read, it clearly states that "If your bugs come back in between regular visits, we will return and treat for FREE After TWO free services for the same pest problem, if we don't have your bugs under control, we will credit 100% of your last full payment There was only one free treatment done, and we were never allowed to come back and do incredibly important egg cycle treatment The program that was signed for was not followed and therefore upon cancellation, the early termination fee that is also described on the agreement is needed If both of those free treatments had been done, I would have absolutely waved the fee

We have a free reservice policy if there is ever anything that our customers aren't satisfied with. This warranty was refused by the... customer. We offered to give credits toward future services, but this was also refused. The credit card put on file at the time the agreement was signed was run to take care of the past due balance, as was agreed upon. We were denied to opportunity to move forward with their account according to the agreement, so the account was cancelled and fees will be assessed. They had been given discounted pricing because they signed up for an extended agreement and those discounts need to be repaid according to the agreement. We consider this account resolved. I tried to cancel the 2nd time they came as there were more insecticide pellets in my flowers bed and by my deck stairs than around the foundation. I called to cancel and was told there would no more visits. Well 3 months later I get notification that somebody will be here the following Tuesday. I called again to cancel and was told somebody would get back to me. That was yesterday. Somebody did call me today but I wasn't home. I'm not interested in any further treatments as I think this company scams its customers. I also had told the original technician who signed me up that I wanted only 1 application, not a contract for a year. He was a fast talker and had me convinced I was only getting 1 application. Not a good way to do business. And of course his introduction was he had extra product left over and would I be interested because he could give me a good deal. The only deal I got was a scam deal.

Upon review of your account, the last service that we provided for you was on 6/3/Our records show that your wife spoke with one of our customer service representatives on 6/4/There was no report of a broken gate
until 6/30/When the gate was reported broken we did not receive any pictures or proof the gate was broken and we were not permitted to come to your home to fix the gateWe understand that there may have been miscommunication and we understand your frustration in this matter, so as a courtesy we will waive your cancellation fee which is close in price to the amount you are claiming for your gate maintenanceI am very sorry that your experience with Ecoshield has been unsatisfactory as we do value your businessIn closing, your account balance has been removed, and your account has been closedThank you for being a customer with Ecoshield Pest Control for the time that you were, we wish you the best

We do not accept the attempt the business made to solve our problem because it was not an attemptWe do not want a credit for the service or a reservice done because we do not want anybody from this company close to our house since one of its employees broke in to our home after we were unable to answer the door bellWe have a contract to proove that if we are not satisfied with the service they will do two reservices and if the problem is not solved they will give our money backThey call it 100% mobey back guaranteeWe did give the first technician a good review because until the last one that broke into our house, they were niceBut that does not change the fact that the problem is not goneAs a matter of fact since they first came to our home we have infestations of aints in multie rooms and outsideWe ended up paying for two services and now we have bug problemsWe will not take credit or reserviceWe want them to honor the contract and give us a refund.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

This one of the worst companies I've ever dealt withStarted service in AugustTen days after had a severe ant problem inside the houseCalled and left a messageNo one returned the callAfter waiting for two weeks got some one else to handle the problemCalled again to cancelAgain no one called me backThey called three weeks to set an appointment up like nothing ever happenedI finally got someone on the phone and told them I had cancelledThey informed me they were going to charge me for canceling the contract
