Although we have no record of customer wanting to stop service we did issue Mr*** a refund of for the last service performedHis contract is fulfilled with *** and we are sad to lose him as a customer

This was resolved with the customer

The techs are lazy and don't do what they're suppose to A tech sat in his truck for minutes then billed me $ When I confronted him he was rudeI called the manager and left her a message, only to take the tech's side When I told her that I had videotaped him setting in his truck, she then said that she told him not to treat my house I said why then I was billed for the treatment, she said he hit a button by mistakeGo figure I cancelled my contract

Very poor customer service from the office staff Service Techs do a good job but I will stop using Ecoshield Pest Control due to the poor customer service I have received from them Last minute calls (calls on the day of service) from office staff to tell me they can not make it for one reason or another instead of being proactive and calling at least a day before the service and then giving excuses instead of just saying we made a mistake and will correct it so that it doesn't happen again My experience has been that they will blame a computer mistake of the customer I would not recommend this company to anyone base on the customer service currently being provided

The only time I was contacted by EcoShield (***) was on **/26/at 5:29PM in which she left a message on my voicemailI have not been contacted by EcoShield prior to that, or since thenI returned *** call this morning at 10AM in which I was notified by the receptionist that she is on vacation and will not return until tomorrowI left my name, cell and office number with *** ***
The document attached in EcoShield's response appears to be perhaps the credit card receipt signed electronically when I was initially visited (when they claimed there was a vermon outbreak in the neighborhood and they were treating the area on behalf of *** Homes)I did not agree to anything but a one time treatment in which they didn't honor, and never received a copy of the the attached documentFor all I know they fabricated it since they have failed to provide evidence as requested multiple timesTwo months ago *** was unable to provide any documentation that a contract existed when I requested it, as well as failing to call me back the next day as promised

Initially the service was fantastic for the first months, then something changed and it was non-existentWe would schedule our services, take the time off of work and no one would show up or at very minimum give us a courtesy call to say that they could not make itThe they had the nerve to send us bills for services that were never rendered! After complaining about the terrible service for several months we called them to cancel our contract and of course they said that we couldn't since we signed a year agreementAfter going round and round I agreed to give them more chance only to get stood up AGAIN! Now it's months later and I receive a bill in the mail for $because they said one of their techs serviced my houseThis was yet another lie since we were out of town when this tech said he treated our homeThis was the 2nd time that one of their techs said they came out when in fact they did notI'll give them star for starting off good and for admitting that they were wrong in the end

Also, I would just like to state that the overcharge amount was not posted to my account until October 10th...not the next business day after the overcharge I had to call the business several times and spoke to multiple service representatives to resolve this issue which didn't get resolved until I filed this complaint I definitely want to cancel my services with this company I find them to be untrustworthy and unreliable

I am responding to your email regarding complaint # [redacted] for [redacted]. I had left multiple voice mails for the customer regarding their complaint. I never heard back from them so I left them a final voice mail just letting them know that we were sorry for the experience the had with Ecoshield, and that I would cancel them out and waive the fee for the cancellation. I made multiple calls from back in November to the first of the year when I eventually just gave up trying to reach them. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I would like to add that I am very pleased with their response and resolution of this matter.  I also wanted to note that I did contact the local Ecoshield office several times before reaching out to the corporate office on 7/24/17, and I am not aware of them trying to contact me.  I didn't receive an email back from them, and if they did call  me, I might have inadvertently declined their phone call if it was from a non-local phone number that I didn't recognize, as I do not immediately answer these calls and have been receiving an increasing amount of unsolicited and spam calls lately, and apologize if that was the case here.  Thank you for your assistance.

They have never contacted...

me regarding the refund or cancellation of my account. My American Express statement says they can still dispute the refund until 10/2015 so it is listed as pending.

Complaint: [redacted]The business has refunded the money and hence the issue is considered resolved. Though, their response is not accurate and I would like to clarify some points.
1. We didn't agree on a contract terms with the business.
2. The business has never contacted me to schedule any service as mentioned in their response. In fact, the reason I filed this complaint was that we were out of town on a vacation and were surprised by a charge on my card from this company without any scheduling. Also, my neighbors didn't see anybody coming and hence the complaint.
After the Revdex.com complaint, the business has called me and refunded the amount and now the issue is closed.
