Hi,Thank you for accept my complaintThis is my first time working with Revdex.comSo how could you help me to solve my problem? The best solution for me is the dealer can obey our purchase agreement and sell the car at the price on the agreement to meBut since I'm quite urgent to buy a new car, so I hope they can give me a response before Thursday, otherwise I will go to some other dealer to buy the carIf that happens, I hope they can compensate the price difference, because I don't have too much time to negotiate with other dealer on the priceBesides, since I've signed on a lot of the agreement with them, like the delivery confirmation, purchase agreement and also signed on a copy of the title, and they refused to return those documents to meThey also applied a auto loan for me from Honda and got approvedIf they refuse to sell the car to me at the price on the agreementFor the consideration of my personal information security, I hope they can write a letter state that they won't abuse my personal information and the previous document we signed will become invalid. As the evidence of my complaint, I attached the purchase agreement we signedAnd the email conservation with them.Thank you!

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/24) */ While we understand Mr***'s concerns, there's no blame to lay in this caseThe age and mileage of the vehicle (Honda Civic, 114,miles) is obviously more susceptible to a costly repair than, obviously, younger vehiclesThe culprit in this case was bolt, on the engine, that had been worn to a point where manipulating it for replacement was, literally, impossible for a clean removalThat all said, our Service Manager, [redacted] will be contacting Ms [redacted] today to offer the repair at a significant price reduction, pretty much in line with Ms***'s resolution, as stated in her Revdex.com complaintAt this moment, I do not have the adjusted price calculated, but [redacted] will review with her today

Our management has contacted the customer to discuss the situation with her

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] & [redacted]

Mr***'s issues have been resolved at this time

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/18) */ As stated by the customer, she purchased the car over one year agoShe purchased the vehicle AS IS at that timeWe do not owe Ms [redacted] anything at this time for this vehicle However, should she want to trade in the vehicle, she should contact [redacted] our General Sales ManagerHe can assist her with this

We called for the payoff prior to sending the check so we are unsure why there is still a remaining balance If there is a remaining balance on the account, we ask the customer to contact our Accounting Department and ask for [redacted] or [redacted] so that we can get the balance to zero on his account

While we regret any inconvenience Ms*** has faced ,we at Napleton are limited in what we can do to assistMs [redacted] traded her vehicle in with less than a week’s time left to make her next due paymentNapleton submitted her trade-in’s payoff in a timely fashion, but due to the original due date, a late ding was inevitableFurthermore, there are two banks in the region with common ownership and identical namesWhen we contacted the bank to get the payoff information, they supplied it along with instructions for tendering payment It was beyond our capability to know that the two banks share computer systems—allowing each to supply information to the other’s customers—but that payoffs must be tendered to the branch in which the loan originatedWe recommend the customer go directly to the Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian and dispute the dingsBeyond that, unfortunately, we cannot assistWe do not feel that we owe the customer anything further and consider this complaint closedThank you

Our Regional manager is working on this issue with the customer

My Honda was repaired for the transmissionAfter completion they did notify and told me they still heard a knockingTook apart my engine and found scattered PistonsNapleton explained it should be covered under the warrantyNow the warranty company is saying no it's notMy engine is now torn apart and napleton is willing to repair for half the costI did not authorize them to tear my engine apart before they did thisI have heard from other sources if the car Pistons were stuck the engine would not runThe car was running fine but just a noise which was originally supposed to the transmission blowerThis has all been going on since July 4thNapleton was very nice and did give me a loaner to useBut I really would like my car repaired and returned

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/04) */ Customer has been contacted by the store and the issue has been resolved Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/12/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First off, they did not contact usWe have been contacting them continuouslyWhen we did threaten to send them to the Revdex.com they called us and basically threw the papers at us and told us to get their dealer plate back to them as soon as possibleThe problem is because the truck was worth more than the car we traded it in we should not have to pay taxes on it to get our titleBecause the truck title is still not clear through the state because they sold the truck without a clear title, we have to pay taxes on the car and then later try to get the money back through the stateI feel I should not have to be put out anymore because at this company There wasn't even an apology for all of thisI will never deal with this company again

Since this complaint has been filed, the customer has purchased a car elsewhere Our new General Manager, under no obligation, offered the customer a maintenance package for any inconvenience The customer told us he would think about it We are waiting his answer at this time

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our Corporate Director had to get involved with Endurance to resolve this The dealership service manager will call the customer to go over the details of what the resolution will be

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/08/13) */ Ms. [redacted] has spoken with our Regional Manager and is coming back for service this week. He has addressed all of her issues with her and will continue to do so once the car is back at the dealership.

Mr***'s check has been processed and is being sent out via mail tomorrowIf he does not receive within a weeks time please call the dealership at ***Thank you

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2015/06/03) */
I appreciate your email regarding the complaint, would like to add that the salesman involved in the complaint has sent me a *** Gift Certificate in the amount of $which covers the amount of money that I lost during the complaintAs of
now, Napleton Honda does not owe me any more money, but I am still very bitter about a breach of contract and the way they conducted businessThanks again, *** ***

While we regret that the customer was unsatisfied with his experience, there was no bait and switch here The vehicle he came into look at was damaged on our lot before his arrival and thus sent out for repairs Unfortunately the service department did not relay this information to the
sales department prior to his arrival Our KIA general manager spoke with the customer after his visit At that time he told our GM he would never buy a car from us because we followed up too much/often Since we have no other vehicles in inventory for the customer to look at, and because he does not have any other desired resolution, we do not believe there is anything we can do for the customer at this time

The customer is scheduled to come into the store this Saturday to resolve
