The customer's vehicle will show a zero balance once the bank posts the check Thank you
While we disagree with many of the facts stated in the complaint regarding our dealership, the customer was not coerced into signing a contract. Any disputes regarding the contract obligations will need to be directed with the bank
Hi,Thank you for accept my complaint. This is my first time working with Revdex.com. So how could you help me to solve my problem? The best solution for me is the dealer can obey our purchase agreement and sell the car at the price on the agreement to me. But since I'm quite urgent to buy a new car,...
so I hope they can give me a response before Thursday, otherwise I will go to some other dealer to buy the car. If that happens, I hope they can compensate the price difference, because I don't have too much time to negotiate with other dealer on the price. Besides, since I've signed on a lot of the agreement with them, like the delivery confirmation, purchase agreement and also signed on a copy of the title, and they refused to return those documents to me. They also applied a auto loan for me from Honda and got approved. If they refuse to sell the car to me at the price on the agreement. For the consideration of my personal information security, I hope they can write a letter state that they won't abuse my personal information and the previous document we signed will become invalid. As the evidence of my complaint, I attached the purchase agreement we signed. And the email conservation with them.Thank you!
While we sympathize with Mr. [redacted]’s situation his service issue is not covered under the recall he has mentioned. If Mr. [redacted] has further questions our service manager, Kim, would be more than happy to assist and clarify. He can also call the manufacturer’s customer service number for...
information as well. We do not owe the customer anything else at this time.
We have offered the customer a refund for the coupon amount.
Our Corporate Director had to get involved with Endurance to resolve this. The dealership service manager will call the customer to go over the details of what the resolution will be.

Ms. [redacted] will have all of the necessary paperwork for her vehicle. However, the dealership cannot release a title without processing the deal paperwork including billing, license and title and manufacturer reporting amongst other things. ...
The deal has been processed at this time and the customer should have her paperwork shortly. Someone from the dealership will be calling. Thank you.

The check was received but it still shows a balance because the payoff amount changed because they took too long to pay it. The balance is around $165

As stated by the customer, she purchased the car over one year ago. She purchased the vehicle AS IS at that time. We do not owe Ms. [redacted] anything at this time for this vehicle.
However, should she want to trade in the vehicle, she should...
contact [redacted] our General Sales Manager. He can assist her with this.
My Honda was repaired for the transmission. After completion they did notify and told me they still heard a knocking. Took apart my engine and found scattered Pistons. Napleton explained it should be covered under the warranty. Now the warranty company is saying no it's not. My engine is now torn...
apart and napleton is willing to repair for half the cost. I did not authorize them to tear my engine apart before they did this. I have heard from other sources if the car Pistons were stuck the engine would not run. The car was running fine but just a noise which was originally supposed to the transmission blower. This has all been going on since July 4th. Napleton was very nice and did give me a loaner to use. But I really would like my car repaired and returned.
We called for the payoff prior to sending the check so we are unsure why there is still a remaining balance. If there is a remaining balance on the account, we ask the customer to contact our Accounting Department and ask for [redacted] or [redacted] so that we can get the balance to zero on his account.
Mr. [redacted]'s issues have been resolved at this time.
Our management has contacted the customer to discuss the situation with her.
Since this complaint has been filed, the customer has purchased a car elsewhere. Our new General Manager, under no obligation, offered the customer a maintenance package for any inconvenience. The customer told us he would think about it. We are waiting his answer at this time.

Customer has been contacted by the store and the issue has been resolved.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/12/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First off, they did not contact...
us. We have been contacting them continuously. When we did threaten to send them to the Revdex.com they called us and basically threw the papers at us and told us to get their dealer plate back to them as soon as possible. The problem is because the truck was worth more than the car we traded it in we should not have to pay taxes on it to get our title. Because the truck title is still not clear through the state because they sold the truck without a clear title, we have to pay taxes on the car and then later try to get the money back through the state. I feel I should not have to be put out anymore because at this company . There wasn't even an apology for all of this. I will never deal with this company again
While we dispute most of Mr. [redacted]’s claims, a check for $500 has been cut in the interest of customer goodwill. It was mailed to the customer’s address. The customer should be satisfied at this time.
