I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I just received my next credit card statement and was charge the full rate again. I do not see another product arriving. I was assured this would not happen and all future charges and shipment would desist. My account was charged again on December 2 nd for $94.90. This billing covers from 11/22 to 11/23.  This total amount should be refunded. Forget the nonsense of 50%. Read the reviews on the company web site. Many many posters have had the same treatment. They gamble on the fact that people will forget to cancel. If the were reputable they would send you an email to remind you that your order would be filled according to the FINE PRINT....unless you canceled immediately.  Please attempt to put and end to this disgraceful and immoral business practice.Thank you for your help in recovering my hard earned money.

our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.  According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Testosterone and the Nitric Oxide) on a 14 day trial basis back on 01/24/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95.The trial expired on 02/07/2017 and due to the fact that the customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 02/07/2017 $89.99 for the Testosterone and $89.95 for the Nitric Oxide.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the desired refunds, $89.99 for the Testosterone and $89.95 for the Nitric Oxide for any misunderstanding.Here are the refund confirmations:$89.99 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 03/08/2017.         $89.95 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 03/08/2017.Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our product the testosterone on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/18/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fee of  $4.95. The trial expired on 11/01/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 for the original shipment.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect and on 12/01/2016 the customer was charged again for a new shipment of testosterone.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 12/16/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer also requested a refund, our Customer Service offered the customer a 50% courtesy refund $47.45 for the testosterone which the customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund for any misunderstanding when placing the order  $47.45 for the testosterone charge on 12/01/2016 .Here is the refund confirmation:$47.45 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 1/02/2017.       Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Blackcore Edge Nitric Oxide  and Blackcore Edge Testosterone) on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/17/2016  and paid the shipping and handling fees of  $4.99 and $4.95. The trial expired on 05/01/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they  were charged for the original shipments $89.99 for the Blackcore Edge Nitric Oxide  and$ 89.95 for the Blackcore Edge Testosterone.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 05/02/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .Customer also requested a refund, our Customer Service issued the customer a 35% refund on each of the products $44.99 for the Blackcore Edge Nitric Oxide and $44.97 for Blackcore Edge Testosterone which the customer accepted. We feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be issuing the remaining refunds $45.00 for the Blackcore Edge Nitric Oxide and$ 44.98 for  Blackcore Edge Testosterone. Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.
