I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a
phone call from the general manager of this dealer (*** ***) stating the plates and registration are in and the registration was re-done correctly (in my daughter's name). However, when I called back he was on vacation and I spoke to *** (floor manager). I asked him if the corrected purchase order paperwork with her name on it would also be there for me to pick up when I picked up the plates/registration. He said he would look into it and call me back. He did call me back and questioned me again as to what I was looking for (again told him the corrected copy of all the paperwork). He said he could not find it but would make sure it was there when I come in to pick up the plates/registration. I spoke with him yesterday and will be going to pick up plates/registration today. Both the lender and insurance company need a copy of this. I am not hopeful that the copy of the new corrected paperwork will be there (based on my prior experience with them). Is there anyway someone can call there again today and make sure they have this?

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I returned the call and received a high pressure sales push to trade in my car for a new one I was transferred
to a voice mail box In other words I have not been able to speak with anyone at Brad Benson regarding my concerns

Thank you

To whom it may
concern,

Mr. [redacted] did come into the dealership on October 26th
2013. He was asking if we were able to help and refinance
his automobile. He
Explained to Mr. [redacted] that we are a bank and do not
specialize in refinancing
Automobiles. Needless to say we...

did offer to help and at the
time were able to
Lower his monthly payment. The customer wanted to have his
payment cut in half
With no money down and the term to remain the same. Based on
the customer’s
Credit circumstances the dealership gave the customer the
absolute best option
That we had available.
The General Sales Manager Steve Yellovich spoke to Mr.
[redacted] this morning, and he said that he can't afford any monthly payment at
this time and was not paying for the car. He also made a statement that was not
paying any of his bills at this time. We offered our help in any way that we
could, but he refused any help other than us to be able to take over his monthly
car payments so he can drive the car.

To whom it may concern,
Mr. [redacted] has been contacted and spoke to Steven Yellovich
on several different occasions this past week. Due to his financial
circumstances back in October Mr. [redacted] came into the dealership on October 26,
2013 and wanted to see if we were able to refinance his automobile. We
explained to him that we are not his lending institution, and to contact his
bank if he was interested in seeing if he qualified for a lower interest rate.
We also explained to him this week that by not paying the monthly payments on
the automobile is going to put his loan in default. We suggested for Mr. [redacted]
to contact his bank for further advice and guidance.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Thank you

On August 20, 2014, the Service Manager, [redacted] spoke with the customer.  Since his last response, Mr. [redacted] has contacted the agency where he purchased the part online.  The fee's associated with returning the part make it unfeasable to do so.  Therefore our dealership has offered to install the customer supplied part when it arrives.  The labor charge will be equal to the price that was quoted by an outside facility.  The difference between the labor, and the price already paid to order the original part will be refunded (with no restocking or shipping fees) to the customer upon completion of the repair.  There is currently an appointment scheduled for Saturday August 23 to complete this transaction. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] spoke again today, August 21 to confirm the arrangements.  The customer also pledged to close the case with Revdex.com as we have come to an amicable solution. ?

I am rejecting this response because:
I received a call from service director and we discussed the...

matter. He asked me to see if what fees or cancellation charge I would be facing if I cancelled the online order I have place with a different vendor. Based on that he promised to work with me on a price. He still hasnt offered a full refund or price match. This matter is on hold till I get response from the other vendor. It is in no way closed.

Refund check for overpayment of vehicle has been received and cleared my bank.  I do consider this complaint resolved.  Once again, thank you very much for your assistance.

Review: on April 30, 2012, after 5 hrs, trying to leave because my credit wasnt stellar, finance fees were high, they asked if I could get a co-signer so that I could walk out with a car. Feeling under duress, not wanting to ask anyone to co-sign, my daughter agreed. The advertisement had an excellent fuel economy which is what I needed since I work 2 hrs away. By switching banks, 1 payment bounced and we found out that the car had been put in my daughter's name, title and registration in my name. Co. stated that the state of NJ requires that the car be put in the name of the person with the better credit. I gave a 10k down and could have bought a cheaper car cash. Upset, they told me to go in to chng it to my name. They charged me documentation fees and motor vehicle fees, after numerous calls and emails, no satisfactory answer. they wanted me to go in with the old title so they could order me a new title (why?). Also questioned why the car had 75 miles on it and the paper work said 25, no satisfactory answer. Was told they would give me money back - nothing. A tire blew out, no spare.. on the call, they said that the Elantra is the only car that comes without a spare, I told them that I had tire warranty, they said no I did not. After yelling/screaming, nothing, I had to pay to repair the tire, switch days at work because they tow to nearest Hyundai only. 3 mos later, I find that I did have tire insurance. Then, the news via a letter that the fuel economy they advertised was an error. the first time there, they charged me an exorbitant DMV fee no disclosure that I could do this myself 2 save a bundle, charged $200 document fee??. When I questioned the fuel issue, they said to go online and they would give me a few dollars back, this is not why I bought such an expensive car, it was the fuel and the service. I can only service the car with them or my warranty is lost. Now there is a recall on the car. Not enough characters to continue my complaint. I have had headaDesired Settlement: I want either a refund for this car or an exchange for a better car without being charged extra. Emails and calls to customer service have produced nothing but aggravation and frustration. they lied about many things including the reason for my daughter being the owner and a refund they were going to send me as well as a day's pay of work. It has affected my life. I worry about driving this car. The recall makes this car unsafe. Sen.John D. Rockefeller IV, chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee isn’t satisfied and wants to know how Hyundai will deal with customers whose vehicle were bought under false pretenses. I cannot accept a few dollars for this. They had my plates and registration canceled and issued new ones without my knowledge. I could have been arrested, this is unacceptable.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

In May, 2012, I purchased a Hyundai Elantra which has come loaded with non delivery of services and a deceipt in advertisement as well as deceipt in the owner name 1. I was asked for a co-signer due to my lack of good credit. My daughter has excellent credit and willing to sign. After almost 6 mos, we found out that the car was put under my daughter's name because according to them, "the state of NJ requires you use the person with the better credit." This is not my meaning of co signer. After a back and forth fight, they told me to come in and they will put it in my name only, but, unfortunately, I was going to pay higher due to my credit. I did not care, I wanted to establish credit and do things with my name. They did not do what I wanted the first time. They then had the audacity to charge me new document fee of, I believe , $200 because it was like if I was buying the car for the first time and now they had to issue new titles and papers, but the first titel was in my name. And, this was their fault not mine. 2. I asked for a full warranty that will cover me for anything - I was told that I got "bumper to bumper" - everything including tires. I had a blowout and they would not cover the tires, I was charged quite a high fee from one of their dealers and when that blew out, they would not repair it or replace. I had to use Hyundai dealers and pay another high fee 3. I was told that I had service and maintenance - yet I had to pay twice over $100for oil changes to later find out that I had warranty on everything that I had paid. I had to visit them twice, speak to several people, still no refund. 4. They changed my plates and never informed me instead, kept the plates in their files and I found by accident. I had to go to them and cancel one vacation day for fear I would be stopped on my drive to Florida. 5 They agreed to change my car, but I would not get any credit towards a new car. Car has recalls of which I was not informed. miles fraud advertsise

Desired Settlement

I have been very unhappy with this for over a year. The misrepresentation is terrible. I was told the car had a great gas mileage, but that was not true. I found out in the newspaper. I would like to get a big refund for all the pain and suffering they have caused. Every time I look at the car, I get very sic . It cost so much and they charge me for everything that is needed. I have not taken my car back but they claim that if I use another mechanic, I lose my service warranty. I was promised a settlement, they disappeared from contacting me.

First, please know that my email address has changed to [redacted]. I found the complaint number by going into my old emails. Please know that these people did not try to contact me at all. They have both my phone numbers and my email. What do I do to reinstate my complaint. I went in to them for fixing of my tires which I found were in warranty. [redacted] wanted to give me a check, but he wanted me to sign a waiver which I was not comfortable with, he said, "you don't sign, you do not get a check."At this time, I have consulted a lawyer, but want to ensure that this complaint shows not resolved
