Please see our response to the customer rejection, below:Thank you for contacting the GRE Program Dear [redacted] We have received your response from the Revdex.com complaint regarding the GRE additional score report request placed on December 04, You are concerned because we have not agreed to waive the fee for the order placed, but have agreed to waive the penalty fee charged when you disputed the payment with your card companyAs previously communicated to you, once a request is submitted, it cannot be canceled, changed or refundedThis information is made available on our website and in our printed materialsThe information is also stated at the time of the transaction before you submit and confirm paymentWe do realize that after you placed the order, you came to know that the report was not required by the schoolHowever, the order had been placed and the report was sent to the school, which makes you responsible for the fees associated with the service that was provided to you When you chose to dispute the charge with your credit card company we receive notification from your financial institution which will reverse the charge resulting in a credit to your credit card account, but not a cancellation of the orderThis generates a bill on your GRE account for the amount of the additional score report request, along with a $chargeback fee as a penalty for disputing the charge after the service was renderedThis creates a total bill of $When there is a bill on your account, it places your scores on hold and no information is released until the bill is satisfiedThis information is also stated on our website under "Payment Policies", stating: ¦All outstanding balances incurred from prior ETS tests and/or services must be paid in full in order to register for any future ETS test or serviceAs a customer service gesture we have agreed to waive the chargeback fee as an exception, however you will still need to pay for the order that was processed and mailed to your designated institution Please reply back at your earliest convenience if you wish to remit payment and accept these termsSincerely, [redacted] ***nAdvocateETS/Test Taker ServicesTest Taker Advocacy Group Revdex.com Case # [redacted]

Please see our response below: [redacted] ETS was notified by the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) of the issue with the identification you presented at the test center for the October 30, GRE Revised test administrationPrior to completing a registration, our test takers are provided the requirements for admission in the test centerThis policy is emphasized on our Website, www.ets.org/gre, as well as Page of The GRE Information Bulletin, “You are responsible for ensuring that the name you used to register exactly matches the name on the ID document(s) you will present at the test center.” It is unfortunate that you were not able to review this requirement prior to completing your registration For security reasons, a profile cannot be changed once the registration is confirmedThe test centers may not allow our examinees to complete tests with name discrepancies, because once reported, we cannot change the name on the reported score The name used at the time of the test becomes part of the test taker's permanent record The discrepancy on this profile is determined to be a candidate errorAs a one-time exception, a refund is issued to your account Please allow to business days for the process to completeWe cannot change your name on this registration and so a new profile has to be created that will be an exact match to the ID requirement which you will present at the test center The middle name field just needs your middle initial as this field is limited to one character The first and last names, however, must be exact matches If I may be of further assistance, please let me knowRegards, [redacted] Test Taker AdvocateGRE Program

Please see our response below:From: TTA GRE Advocacy [mailto: [redacted] ] Sent: Monday, September 22, 10:AMTo: [redacted] Subject [redacted] Revdex.com [redacted] ETS Case [redacted] GRE® Fee Reduction Voucher Refund [redacted] , ETS was notified by the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) about your dissatisfaction with the cancel/refund policy regarding your GRE® fee reduction program for which you appliedWe have documentation of your request for a refund of the amount you paid for the partial cost of the GRE® test feeI regret that you were not able to use the voucherETS offers a limited number of fee reduction vouchers for test takers who may not be able to pay the full cost of the GRE® test fee due to their current financial circumstances Test takers who are unemployed are included in this restricted criteria Because of the limited number of vouchers available for each testing year, strict policy adherence is required for the application and approval process Once the candidate is approved and given a voucher, similar opportunity for the next candidate diminishes and the number of voucher is now reduced A voucher issued on an approved status cannot be rescinded or reissued to another test taker It is for this reason that applicants are notified prior to applying for this benefit that once issued , there can be no refunds for unused Authorization voucher When you contacted our organization, you were given the Website, for the fee reduction, and the application form, http://www.ets.org/s/gre/pdf/gre_fee_reduction_unemployed.pdf, for the unemployed Refund guidelines are listed under the Policies information Under GRE® Fee Reduction Program for the Unemployed, http://www.ets.org/gre/revised_general/about/fees/reductions/ The issuance of this fee reduction voucher caused another test taker who also qualified to be denied the same opportunity to which you were privileged While I understand your change of heart and unwillingness to pursue this venture, the fee reduction processing of this application is complete and the transaction is final I regret that I am unable to comply with your request for the partial payment of required fee for this serviceI hope this information will help you to understand why we were not able to process your request when you contacted us on September Thank you for giving us this opportunity to respond, and I wish you continued success in your academic endeavorsRegards, [redacted] GRE Program

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meWhile the information that the representative provided is inaccurate, as my credit card was billed two payments in the exact same amount on November 27th and no payments were made on December 1st, a supervisor at the company has notified me that, "I don't owe a bill" anymoreI would like to note that although this billing issue has been resolved, the representatives at ETS have been very rude on the phone when I tried to resolve this matter and that ETS continues to note information which is incorrectI would not recommend this company for Better Business Accreditation Regards, ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am following up with you because I have been issued a bill for $dollars I was not allowed to take a test, contacted the Revdex.com and the fee was refunded but am now told that I still owe $ My reference numbers with ETS are [redacted] and [redacted] I am merely asking that the fee be discharged since I was not allowed to test and monies for test were refundedThank you for your time and consideration Regards, [redacted] ***

I took the core writing test 5722 on July 23,2019 candidate 11053629 and had the same essay I had the time before. The one on cell phones, which is not a very good essay in the first place. Can there be some thing done about this? I feel it put me in a disadvantage on my essay. I also want to complain about the multiple choice questions. I felt the use of abnormal literature questions were confusing. I have never even heard of that literature used and it is not common use. This feature needs to be addressed. Very disappointed! Hard exam Taken it 7 times miss by a few points. This exam needs to be made friendlier. I feel some adjustment needs to be made on this. Thank you. Penny Kaiser
