I am rejecting this response because: As I have already stated, the policy this business enacts on its customers is completely unfair to the customerWhatever excuse the ETS company uses to keep HALF of someone's money when they need to cancel their registration is UNACCEPTABLE and POOR, GREEDY business practicesI assure you I am not made of money and that every penny of that money you took could cover two weeks of groceries in this house to support myself and my son, and if I do not get ALL of my money back, I will raise hell and high water with youYou need to change your unfair policy and you need to do the right thing and refund ALL of my money

*** ETS was notified by the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) about your dissatisfaction with the billing made for the additional score reports (ASR) you orderedIn your complaint, you informed the Revdex.com that you were billed twice for one order and that you were refused the duplicate refund. This matter was fully investigated and our record indicated that you made one order on November 26, and a second order on December 1, Both orders were manually completed by the test taker. The two transactions were processed as requested and each order was billed separately resulting in the two billings you received on your accountThis was not a duplicate billing. It further indicates that you made a chargeback on your account which automatically reinstated the charges caused an additional $chargeback fee. We also learned that you contacted our customer service department since then and some adjustment was made as an exception to adjust the billing for the second orderThis indicates that the second order was processed for free since you had received this amount in a chargeback and the chargeback fee waived. I am rejecting this response because:The the response does not address my two major points:Number one: I called within two hours of booking to reschedule, however my card had not been charged yet, and the vendor was unable to locate the transactionTo my knowledge, there is a hour window of opportunity to cancel or modify transactions with credit cardsTherefore I cancelled the transaction with my credit card company immediately when it posted.Number two: the response claims I was outside the rescheduling period, which is incorrectAs previously stated, I called to reschedule five days ahead of my testing dateAgain, their policy on the website and terms stated three days' advanced notice.On both if these accounts stated above, I'm expecting a full refund in the amount of $Again, it is not my responsibility they were unable to locate the transaction when I called them at approximately 3:p.mon July and July 30.I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because: It's not the first time for me to receive mail to my provided mailing address. There are no problems with my mailing address because I receive all of my other mail with no problems or delays,specially from USA with different couriers including [redacted] and regular mail service within the past 5 months so please let's not argue over your records indicate that my score report was mailed to me, not to mention that ETS drug this out so long and give no chance even for a faster shipping with tracking option at my own expense, I asked if I could have it faxed or emailed to resolve the problem and the operator told me that I could not. After waiting nearly 5 months since August 9, 2014 I cannot get those scores hand scored due to that I have already lost many chances and I'm going to lose the last ONE to use this test score report if I didn't get it by JAN 2nd 2015 which make it useless for me regardless the hassle I been through, I do believe nearly 5 months is enough, So if you please could send it by the mentioned date or I would like a complete refund of my fee.

You can make up any rule you want to, it does no justify the fact that you took 100 dollars of my money and never delivered the product. Please return my money. Your company makes enough money. I don't. You are being petty in the grand scheme of things. You cant just rip me off just because the rule you made implies that you can. Please return my money. You did not send my certificate. Please see our response to the customer rejection, below:Thank you for contacting the GRE Program Dear [redacted] We have received your response from the Revdex.com complaint regarding the GRE additional score report request placed on December 04, 2014.  You are concerned because we have not agreed to waive the fee for the order placed, but have agreed to waive the penalty fee charged when you disputed the payment with your card company. As previously communicated to you, once a request is submitted, it cannot be canceled, changed or refunded. This information is made available on our website and in our printed materials. The information is also stated at the time of the transaction before you submit and confirm payment. We do realize that after you placed the order, you came to know that the report was not required by the school. However, the order had been placed and the report was sent to the school, which makes you responsible for the fees associated with the service that was provided to you.  When you chose to dispute the charge with your credit card company we receive notification from your financial institution which will reverse the charge resulting in a credit to your credit card account, but not a cancellation of the order. This generates a bill on your GRE account for the amount of the additional score report request, along with a $20 chargeback fee as a penalty for disputing the charge after the service was rendered. This creates a total bill of $47. When there is a bill on your account, it places your scores on hold and no information is released until the bill is satisfied. This information is also stated on our website under "Payment Policies", stating: ¦All outstanding balances incurred from prior ETS tests and/or services must be paid in full in order to register for any future ETS test or service. As a customer service gesture we have agreed to waive the chargeback fee as an exception, however you will still need to pay for the order that was processed and mailed to your designated institution.  Please reply back at your earliest convenience if you wish to remit payment and accept these terms. Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted]nAdvocateETS/Test Taker ServicesTest Taker Advocacy Group Revdex.com Case # [redacted]

The voucher was not used and as such could be re-issued to another qualified candidate. In addition because the voucher was not used (due to my being admitted to graduate school without the GRE) I again respectfully request my money back in the amount of $100.00. Every business in America finds a way to give people their money back under circumstances like this and I consider it unlawful to keep someone's money when services haven't been rendered.

Please see our response below:Dear [redacted], Per the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) case and our telephone conversation of October 22, 2014, I have refunded $115 back to your credit card so that you may reschedule the Praxis II Math: Content Knowledge exam at your convenience. However, you did not permit enough time for this transaction to transfer from our bank to yours. You then asked your bank, on October 28, to do a chargeback of the $115 causing there to be a $20 chargeback fee on your Praxis account. As a one-time courtesy, I have removed the $20 fee and you now have a -zero- balance on your Praxis account. I hope this information is helpful. Regards,[redacted], Advocate
