Let's say a lot of big words, and use a lot of sincerity then throw out the student agreement policy? Is it the same one I signed in 2008? What changes have been made since then? I have not reviewed the new policy, so how can I know what is in it or if I agree to the present terms? Furthermore, I'm not a student, I'm a graduate of a for profit college. The Revdex.com is where you take complaints of un-fair business practices. Secondly, I have been waiting for someone to contact me from ITT Tech for the last 30 some odd hours. No one had any problem contacting a collection agency about fraudulent charges, but contacting the individual, well that must be against policy. I will continue to pursue this matter however I see fit. ITT misrepresented my financial paperwork, or didn't disclose the issue to me at the time of my graduation, nor was I contacted within 5 days which is highlighted in Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. After speaking with the collection agency, they informed me that ITT would settle, yes I said settle for 65% or $1793.00 I figure that they could settle for far less, like let's say $0.00 considering no one told me I owed any additional money, I have never received any documentation proving I owe any money and finally, four years after I graduate? [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]On 03/02/2016, I ([redacted]) was contacted by Page W[redacted] (ITT-Tech HQ) to discuss what had happened.  Page and I left the conversation without a solution but direction on what should happen moving forward.  We are to coordinate with a Christy R[redacted] (PH: 260-497-6208 or EM: clr[redacted]@itt-tech.edu) to obtain the information that we originally requested before we were verbally abused by David M[redacted].  All email correspondences are to be CC'ed to Page W[redacted] (EM: EW[redacted]@itt-tech.edu).  We will update everyone once Paige and I have come to a solution.This whole situation could have been avoided, if: 1) we had received the correct information vs. being jockeyed around from one location to another; and 2) David M[redacted] had not forced himself on to and interrupted a conference call with an unprofessional tone and attitude to try and belittle, demean, abuse and control the conversation with the parent of [redacted].  If David M[redacted]'s unprofessional attitude represents ITT-Tech's way of treating their students and parents then this issue will never be resolved but in a Civil setting.In this complaint, we have provided ITT-Tech with a solution to this problem.  We are awaiting Paige's response.Regards,

I was told I would be contacted and we could resolve this issue. I never was contacted and tried calling several times and have left several messages to Erway Brandt the guy who is supposed to be resolving this issue

Because I have not got any help from them in any way off getting off from school.  The only thing that they help me was for a few months after a got off from school but they only send email to were we could applied and all the jobs required more education that what they offered.  Beside I have moved to vegas about two years ago and I tried to get help from the campus back here and they never help me.  Recently I also call the campus in Omaha asking for a transcripts of my grades and specified to them to send me one were it shows at least the name off the school and it does not show it so the jobs that ask for transcripts does not accept them because the transcripts they send are like if my self have done them in my computer and just print them.  Attach is the transcripts they send.  I am asking for refund because this education has not help me in any thing just to have a big debt on my shoulders that I can repay back.

Unfortunately I was lied to by ITT Tech and signed under extremely false pretenses. This company has committed fraud and the enrollment agreement is null and void. The degree I received from this scam is useless and any respectable employer will not accept it as they are not a reputable school and they have defrauded thousands of students as well as their own investors. I was sold a fraudulent education that has no weight in the real world. The ITT Tech Warriors are a group of thousands of defrauded ITT Tech alumni and we are all in the same situation. We can't use our degrees because the company has tarnished its reputation by committing fraud and predatory lending. We will not just let this go, we will fight this until they do the right thing. [redacted]  I have contacted the campus where I attended directly to have my issue resolved several times since 06/2014. If I have a grievance I should be able to deal directly with the campus that I attended, and if my issue needs to be escalated they should have helped, or offered to help me file a grievance through the proper channels. It is clearly another way of controlling bad press for ITT's name by refusing to respond directly to my issue through the Revdex.com, and is another example of their poor customer service, and questionable business practice. My issue has a very simple solution, and I am willing to work with ITT to come to a resolution, which I have told campus staff several times. Still, no one from that campus, or the corporate offices have reached out.
