Excellent job by everyone involved. I couldn't be happier, my home was left as it was before except for the mold. The crew was positive, friendly and work was done on time. I would highly recommend EHS Restoration to everyone.

Sunday morning I had a problem with the air conditioner unit in the attic of my house. The A/C service arrived within a couple of hours and fixed the drain problem. Now what to do about the water damage (a 6 inch bubble hanging/dripping from the ceiling)? A call to EHS promoted the arrival within one hour of two techs to see what the problem was. They started the drying process and we waited for Monday to arrive. Monday morning saw f techs/plastic/brooms and whatever else they needed to remove the portion of the ceiling that was damaged, remove the insulation and clean up the mess. They covered everything in the room as well as the hallway to the front door to make sure nothing was missed. By noon they were done and we waited for the insurance adjuster to come view the damage. Great job

EHS Restoration was very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and completed the job well. They did a good job, and were very thorough. They made sure that they came back to complete the "little items" that were noticed during the inspection, and went above and beyond.

EHS arrived at my home less then an hour after I called about a leak in my upstairs bathroom. They knew exactly what needed to be done and I trusted them to help me out. I had a problem with mold and the employees talked me through the process on what they were doing to take it out and I really appreciated that, they are very good workers

Victor N[redacted] was very professional, conscientious, and hands-on, ensuring that the work done in our home was very thorough and as least disruptive as possible. This was invaluable peace of mind, especially since we had a newborn! He was very reachable and quickly responded to phone/text. He and his team did a great job. I strongly recommend them!

Did a $20K+ repair of water damage at my rental house in AZ. [redacted] was key issue. Was told it was a 5-7 Business day project, but had to call numerous times to get on their schedule. I believe just about all work was outsourced, which made me feel I & my insurance company were overcharged and caused too many different companies coming in to do repairs-my renter (of the past 3 years) was extremely frustrated & does not plan to return.
Project was managed terribly. I had to come down to AZ twice to make sure it moved along and then was completed. Little things at tail end of project were extremely aggravating-like having to call to have appliances moved back, furniture moved, and toilet reconnected.
They also brought in drying out blowers etc and I was told it would need to be done 3 days. My renter said it ran less than a day and then sat in the room for a week....I believe I was charged for the 3 days.
I can give further detail if you would like.
I tried to reason with EHS and finally had to accept only a $1000 adjustment. I felt for all the delays and cost of my time it should have been at least $2500.
One final point-the work turned out great-but again, to my knowledge it was all done by subcontractors!

This company is very reliable and easy to schedule around the times that work best for me! I'd recommend to family and friends.

I had my kitchen flood out when I was out of town. I called EHS and they were there within a hour. The crew at EHS took care of me and all my needs. They even helped me through the insurance process. They had my kitchen looking better then what it was before. Thank you EHS.
