We are new homeowners in Mesa, AZ. When we discovered water damage in our kitchen, we went to the web and found EHS. Turns out we made a lucky choice. Their representative came asap to see our damage and start the restoration process (it was a weekend day and he was "on call"). Thereafter, when we needed help with speeding up the contractor repair process, our representative at EHS was always there to hep us push forward. We are happy with the outcome, and would recommend EHS to others who need this type of service.

When a tree fell on a building on our property, we had trouble finding a contractor which wasn't limited to fire or water damage. We found EHS on the Revdex.com website, and their rep came out the same day we called them. Work is ongoing, but so far we are completely satisfied with their professionalism and responsiveness.

I had a pipe burst in my house in the middle of night. I had no idea what to do- luckily I found their information online and called--they had someone out within the hour (It was probably 2AM). The best thing about this situation was that they dealt with my insurance all the way. I didn't have to do anything with that mess and I didn't have to pay anything. They actually made sure that my insurance actually went through. Amazing!

EHS was here in 1/2 hour of calling regarding my water heater leaking. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Trever was my main contact and he kept me informed at all times. He was patient and also warm and friendly. I would highly recommend EHS.

I was feeling sick for a while and I suspected there was mold. I called EHS to see if they could do some mold testing and they came out right away to start some tests. It turns out there was mold in my home but EHS quickly removed it and remodeled where the mold was. Thank you so much EHS team!

Alex of EHS gave his very best to help me as a landlord not living close to this rental. Prompt communication, proactive and personal help to make my renter comfortable with the contamination issue. He went several times to meet personally with the tenants to relieve their fears. I believe that his effort saved me from losing my tenant.

I had my toilet back up and was unsure of who to call, I did a google search and had found several companies for water restoration. After reading several reviews about EHS Restoration I decided to make the call. Their Technician Victor was out to my home within the hour and was very knowledgeable and explained the dry out process for a water loss thoroughly and also helped me with filing my claim with my insurance company. During the dry out process EHS Restoration technicians came out to check on my home and progress of the dry out and updated me daily. Victor had his removal specialist out the next morning to remove all the affected areas in my home. The removal specialist where very fast, clean and professional. The insurance sent out an adjuster and EHS made it a point to be at my home to meet with the adjuster as well , I was very impressed with the way EHS Restoration took time to be there every step of the way. I had my insurance send EHS the scope of work to reconstruct my home, I met with their project manager Johnathan who also had been to my home when the adjuster came out, Johnathan who informed me that he would have his reconstruction technician contact me to schedule the start of reconstruction to my home, he also took the time to listen to any concerns I have regarding the reconstruction process of my home as well as answering any questions I had for him. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with at EHS was remarkable, from Victor, Cody, Brittany@front desk, Dory, and Johnathan. I would highly recommend EHS Restoration and would use them on any further projects.
