This company has the most outstanding in customer service I have seen in a long time. As a customer dealing with stressful situations, they put us at ease right from the get go. Not only did they come out on extremely short notice, but all office staff, management and Cody were so professional, so friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel truly valued. I will never use anyone else going forward for any water/ leak/ or mold issues. 5 stars!!! Completely impressed! !

When a tree fell on a building on our property, we had trouble finding a contractor which wasn't limited to fire or water damage. We found EHS on the Revdex.com website, and their rep came out the same day we called them. Work is ongoing, but so far we are completely satisfied with their professionalism and responsiveness.

Being a first time homeowner, you never expect to have to deal with an insurance loss. Unfortunately for me, I had to. I had a toilet supply line leak which caused damage to a majority of my bathroom hallway and a bedroom. I called EHS Restoration after some online research and I could not be more happy with my decision. Their technician showed up within 35 minutes and quickly eased all my worries. He thoroughly explained the process and even helped me call my insurance and file a claim. I chose EHS to also put everything back together as well. The rebuild team has alot of moving parts but our Project Manager took great care of us. He even met us on a Saturday to pick out hardware for our bathroom! The amount of care and attention to detail all of their office and field staff showed to my job was truly heart warming, from the follow up calls to confirm appointments, to the field staff laying plastic down to protect my belongings. If you are ever in need of any restoration, call EHS!

EHS was great! About 30 mins after I called they were there doing tests on what I thought was mold. Unfortunately there was mold, but I was not worried, I knew EHS would do an amazing job! The crew at EHS Restoration were referred to me by my insurance company. My house had a fire in the kitchen area. The smoke and water from the fire fighters spread through the entire house. EHS was professional and completed all the repairs ahead of schedule. You can't even tell that there was any damage and you can't even smell the smoke anymore. Thank you EHS. I highly recommend their services.

I really did like the customer service of this company. I did not have to get huffy one single time. They showed up quick,listened to my needs and took care of business. It did take nearly 3 weeks to wrap things up start to finish. Maybe that is the norm, maybe they are really popular or just super busy because they are so customer service oriented and well liked. They even did some side work for me that was not related to my insurance claim. Great job and I cannot deny these guys kudos. I hope to never have to, but I would use them again without hesitation.
