I bought an iTunes gift card that had a partial balance on it. I reached out to their customer service and they advised me to file a claim on their website. Soon after I filed the claim, I got an email stating that the claim was resolved. That was three days ago. I haven't gotten money back.

I bought a walmart gift card that didnt work when I need it to. I spoke to the company about two weeks ago and they told me that I'll get refunded in 14 days. I still haven't gotten a refund.

I received feedback from customer service on 11/*** and 11/*** that I would received my refund total of $280 in 14 days because I received two gift cards, both with balances of $0. However, after 14 days has passed I heard nothing back from them and did not get back my refund.

I just want a refund from a bad card they recently sold me. Waiting for twenty one days for my refund is absolutely ridiculous.

On August *** 2019 ejgift cards said they initiated a payment of 94.00 to my PayPal account which I have never received . I have emailed Sam S from ejgift numerous times to try to resolve this issue and have never gotten a response back. The ejgift card order number is *** the gift card was a Cabela's gift card in the amount of 200.00 and the Cabela's gift card number is *** and the pin number is *** and id number

Almost a week ago I sold a 10 dollar gift card to get 4 bucks and ever since then it's been stuck on payment_initiated. Despite reaching out to support twice they have been amazingly unresponsive. I don't think ill ever be getting my money at this point.
How these people stay in business is beyond me, they should be shut down and prosecuted for fraud.

Sold a $60 gift card to EJ's and never received a cent for it. It will be impossible to communicate with anyone from the company once they have your money. Be aware, there are better alternatives out there!

Fraudulent, criminal website. I bought a $500+ *** gift card. Got a phone call a few hours later confirming that I requested this purchase. I get the e-card and go to *** website and find out the balance is $0! I emailed immediately, no response, 3 more emails over the next week and no response. They do not have a phone that they answer. So a month later I disputed the charge with my credit card. They have the audacity to tell Citi that I never contacted them and I authorized the purchase knowing what I was getting... I emailed Citi copies of all my ignored emails to them, and email receipt showing what amount I was told should be on the gift card, and thankfully Citi is a great credit card and finally closed the dispute in my favor.
Bottom line: FAKE, CRIMINAL WEBSITE.

Sold 3 gift cards to this company 08//2019 $75.00
I entered gift card numbers then told I would receive payment in 3 days.
I waited one week checked gift card balance and it was $0 I never received any money.I called and emailed ej giftcards for the next 2 1/2 - 3 months and never received a single reply

Have still not received payment for a sell order placed in June! Had to contact them several times in regards to this matter and then was told on August that the payment would be sent that day and it still has not been received and all of my emails since then have been ignored! PayPal customer service has also stated that there is no pending or expired payments on the account and both emails on the account are confirmed and verified

to this transactions and the response received is that there is no such transaction and no record of the payment ever being sent to me. Please provide the transaction ID so I can contact them again and reference it and see if there is any record of this payment. Again, as of today this payment has still not been received and PayPal still claims there is no record of past or present payments made from you to my account.

Bought a $50 *** gift code (yes, US DOLLARS) from EJ Gift Cards. They sent a £50 gift code, yes U.K. POUNDS! Google play codes are country specific so I couldn’t use it. When I contacted customer service they had me file a claim. I received an email saying my claim had been processed & closed & I would receive my refund in 14 days. It’s now been 31 days since I got that email and still no refund. DO NOT EVER GIVE EJ GIFT CARDS ANY MONEY!
