EJ Gift Cads should be avoided at all costs, they are totally fraudulent. I purchased a $500 Southwest card from them. The card was initially accepted by Southwest, and then shortly after revoked. Southwest informed me that the credit card used to purchase the card originally had filed a fraud complaint. I contacted EJ and they responded they would refund in 14 days. It has been twice that time and they have ignored all future email and voicemails. I have filed a claim with my credit card company.

they sold me two gift cards online and when I checked the balance on both cards it was zero. I submitted a claim through their automated system and my claim numbers are *** and *** they refuse to respond to my calls and emails. they owe me $27 for the first card and $15 for the second card.

On 4//19 I attempted to sell the $35.03 balance if my Nike gift card and I would receive $19.27. I was doing this on behalf of my 11 yr old son. Once I clicked the accept and continue button it took me to the next screen to enter all the gift card info and PIN number. Once that was completed it brought me to a verification screen. Don't know why I would have to verify since I have previously sold 3 other gift cards to this company. After I fill out all the info and click verify nothing happens. Like the verify button does not work. I attempted to complete the verification on a desktop assuming that my mobile device just wasn't adequate. Still verify button not working. I have sent this company two complaints through their complaints tab. I also sent them an email to *** and I haven't received a response from this company what so ever.

Home Depot giftcard was purchased for 1443.11 on January *** 2019. Numerous emails and phone calls have been made and have not received response from seller. I am still within 100 day warranty and still no response. Plan on filing police report and lawsuit against the seller if this not resolved.

I bought a Nordstrom gift card from EJ giftcards in the amount of 106.65 cents. When I went online to use the gift card their was a 0 balance (see attachment from Nordstrom website) . Since then I have emailed Ejgiftcards on their site 2-3 times and how not gotten a response. I then also filed a claim so they could do an investigation on this matter which was suppose to be completed already. It has passed the necessary timeline and they have not responded at all to my efforts. Please refund me the money.

Thank you for responding. Based off ej giftcards having a history of not responding to my emails and contacting me I would ask that you post the resolution with the Revdex.com. The gift card does not have a balance and it needs to be refunded, when am I going to get my refund? The timeframe to report the card with no balance was done within the 100 day timeframe (see below). The time to investigate has been 14-21 days already.If you don't refund me my money I will escalate this complaint to the FTC and attorney general in your state.

I purchased an $18.34 *** Gift Card from EJ's on 2//19. I used $11.01 of it the next day. About a week later I went to *** with the GC to use the $7.33 balance. It didnt work. The associate from *** informed me there was no balance left. I was stunned. Considering there is only 2 other people who would have card # and pin # I thought this would be easy to solve and get my $7.33 back or % of balance based on price paid. I filed a claim with ej's on March ***. They informed me that it could take up to 21 business days to resolve. That to me is a lot. Well 21 days went by and no response. I emailed them and got no response. I want my prorated $$ back. Its not alot but I did not get what I paid for. My claim # with them is #***. I want the $$ by Friday or I will get my Credit Catd company involved. Thanks

I have NOT filed a chargeback with my bank as of yet that is a LIE by EJ's Gift cards!. I told them and you that I would not do this until Friday with a hopes of resolving this without involving my Credit Card company. You are doing a poor job of resolving this if you say I have. You have had 21+ business days to resolve an approx. $6.67 refund of the $7.33 balance. Please resolve before Friday when I will get the Credit Card company involved. The balls in your court.

I filed a dispute with my bank and file a claim with *** and have not been able to come to a resolution. I purchased a gift card on 12//19 which I paid $55.00 for a $100.00 *** gift card. Upon receiving the gift card and checking the balance on ***s website, The card was not valid. I filed a claim with *** on 12//19 immediately after realizing the issue. The claim ID# was ***. I never heard anything back from the claims department. I also called customer service multiple times which I was directed to leave a message and sent a email through the "contact us" portal via the website. I have never spoken with anybody from *** after numerous attempts of resolving this issue. I have not received my goods for the payment I made and this is unjust. On 12//19 I filed a dispute with my financial company, Discover card. They initiated a dispute and *** told the bank that they sent me a gift card which they did but the gift card number was invalid. I did not receive my goods for my payments. The bank said this is valid despite the fact that the gift card had no fund and to reach out to Revdex.com because I did not receive fund on the card.

I purchased a southwest airlines gift card on 01//19 for $169.15 order #***. The gift card was valued at $199.00 When I attempted to use this gift card it was listed as "cancelled" on the southwest website. I have sent multiple emails and called 2-3 times regarding this issue from 01/2019 and I have never received a response. I requested a refund and never received one.

I have not received a full refund. I paid for this gift card and I paid the funds to EJ Gift cards. EJ Gift cards is responsible for this refund. Not any other party. The only acceptable resolution is a 100% refund of the purchase price as specified within my original complaint.

I bought several second-hand gift card on *** with great discount and they promised a guarantee of 100 days. However, some gift cards have already been redeemed by somebody else and had 0 balance, I submitted several claims about these invalid transactions on their website ( Claim ***). They responded to some of my claims saying that after their investigation, they decided to issue me a full refund and the money should go back into my account within 21 business days. However, I have not received any refund for these claims during the past three and half months! What's worse is that I can not get in touch with them now. They did not respond to my email and nobody answered the phone when I call them. Even though I left a message, they never call me back.

I indeed filed a dispute with Discover for money back and they gave me a temporary credit. However, as you can see in the attachment, they finally decided that the transaction was valid and the charge has been reapplied to my account because they told me you responded to this dispute by sending them the transaction details to prove that you indeed sold me the Neiman Marcus gift card. I have call them and requested for a reconsideration for this dispute because the gift card you sold had no balance at the time I purchased it, and it seems you did not give explanation for this issue.
I understand that you are facing a high volume of investigations and it takes time to complete the investigation of my claim since you have to receive details about the gift card from Neiman Marcus. However, my case is kind of special, since the customer service representative in Neiman Marcus gift card department told me that the gift card had already been redeemed on 04//2017 and 04//2017 before I purchased it on 12//2018. You can easily get that information by just giving them a call and verify that I am innocent and should have my money back. It should not take so long.

I purchased an Neiman Marcus gift card from them, which cost me $616.93. But they sent me an invalid gift card number. I contacted Neiman Marcus and they told the gift card number was not valid Neiman Marcus gift card number. They never issue a gift card number like that. I tried to contact EJ gift cards but never get reply, no matter emails or calls. That’s a big scam! I googled this website and found that a lot of people are suffering this scam from EJ gift card.

On Febuarary *** I purchased a $!500.00 American Airlines Gift card. When I went to use it on February *** the card did not work and I kept getting an error that the card was voided. I have sent several emails to customers service, opened up a claim on the EJGift card website and have also called and have left several messages with not response back.

I ordered a $100 JJill gift card which I paid $80 for. Immediately upon arrival I checked the value and it was $0! I emailed and called so called customer service several times and did not receive a response. I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank and after an investigation I was refunded the money. I wish I read the negative reviews before purchasing. There are reputable gifs card exchange sites out there...sadly this is not one of them.
