Bought a $50 *** gift code (yes, US DOLLARS) from EJ Gift Cards. They sent a £50 gift code, yes U.K. POUNDS! Google play codes are country specific so I couldn’t use it. When I contacted customer service they had me file a claim. I received an email saying my claim had been processed & closed & I would receive my refund in 14 days. It’s now been 31 days since I got that email and still no refund. DO NOT EVER GIVE EJ GIFT CARDS ANY MONEY!

I bought 2 Ulta gift cards totaling $40 ($20 x 2). When I received them , one had $1.00 on it the other had 0.97.I opened two disputes in which I was notified I would be receiving a refund in fourteen days. The time has since past and I still have not received my refund.

I sold them 2 gift cards and accepted there offer. They emailed saying it was confirmed and that payment was being innitiated. I never recieved my funds and they have stopped communicating with me completely. I want my money back from them im out $150 now. Thank you very much for your time

I purchased 2 itunes gift cards on August . These were $25 gift cards that I paid $21.25 each for. The gift cards were supposed to be emailed to me with a code to redeem so I could use the cards immediately. When I received the email from them the link to the cards did not work. I contacted them about it and they sent me a new link, which did work. When I clicked on the link and go the codes for the cards one worked, the other did not. The one that didn't work gave me a message saying it was an invalid code. I contacted customer service again, they told me to file a claim. I filed a claim and heard nothing from them for over 2 weeks. I contacted them again and asked what was happening, they responded asking me how much the claim was for. I replied a told them it was for $21.25. I never heard from them again. I contacted them to follow up 2 days later and got no response.

Their claims the case is still in the investigation stage are totally unacceptable since they initially said when my claim was filed it would take 14-21 to process. It has been well over a month now. Furthermore, the last email I sent to them following up on this case they did not bother to respond to. Simply put, they are dragging their feet on issuing my refund because they are blatantly trying to rip me off and steal my money. I deserve a refund of $21.25 and they should send it to me immediately. The only other acceptable solution would be to send me another $25 itunes code, one that actually works.

I purchased a $15 itunes email gift card for $12.75. The gift card is not activated. The card can only be activated at the original store it was purchased. Apple support can not redeem the card. I need the original receipt or retailer where the card was purchased. The only possible resolution is to speak with Ej gift card customer support. My purchase was on 9/*/19 order ***. I emailed 4 times and also called customer
service and could only leave a message. Customer service has not responded to any of my messages.

I am in tears after being ROBBED $200 in itunes gift cards from this company who promised me $90 within 3 business days. I am now starving and in a bad situation. I am going to file a complaint with the NYPD I have been robbed $200 this is not alright. It seems as if everyone else who sold to them has been robbed as well! How is this place in business I’m getting my lawyer involved and sueing for multiple damages and hopefully everyone involved in this company gets rewarded.

I was sold a used gift card. I was unable to use the gift card for $25.00 and I requested a refund. They stated the claim was resolved on August *** that I would receive a refund. I have been waiting over a month and a half for the return of $22.00.

This fraudulent company sold the same 3 gift cards twice, to different people. They also do not respond EVER to inquiries submitted via email or their website contact form. Details:

Date of purchases: 1//2019
-order #*** for $10.50: gift card # *** ($15 value)
-order #*** for $27.80: gift card # *** ($15 value) & # *** ($26 value).

Per ejgiftcards order confirmation emails, "Once the payment is processed, we will send you a email with your gift card information."

Timeline:

1/, ~3pm: I placed 2 orders for discounted AMC Theatres gift cards. I had planned to use them that afternoon to buy online theatre tickets for a movie that evening.
1/, 3:40 & 3:43 pm: I received email confirmations for both orders.
1/, 3:54 pm: No gift cards received yet. I emailed to ask why I hadn’t received the cards yet. NO REPLY.
1/, 4:06 pm: I emailed again to ask why I hadn’t received the cards yet. NO REPLY.
1/, 4:07 & 4:16 pm: I called Discover to confirm that the charges went through OK. They said yes.
1/, 4:17 pm: I emailed again to why I hadn’t received the cards yet. I informed them that Discover said that the charges went through fine. NO REPLY.
1/. 4:20 pm: I emailed to ask that they cancel my orders and refund my money, explaining that I needed to buy the tickets now, as the assigned seats were going fast. NO REPLY.
1/, 4:30 pm: I gave up and started placing my order on AMC Theater’s website. Just before confirming the ticket purchase, I checked my email once more. I was pleased to see that the cards had finally arrived, at 4:37pm. So I added the card #s and PINs to my order. The order went through, so I assumed that the cards had worked.
1/, 4:58 pm: I received the AMC Theaters order confirmation. It did not show any gift cards applied. The entire total ($60) was charged to my Discover. So I assumed that in the few intervening minutes, ejgiftcards had indeed cancelled my orders as requested and would refund me.
2/: I contacted AMC customer service twice through their website pointing out the error and asking them to look into it and apply the 3 gift cards. They said they could not make any adjustments after the event.
2/, 8:39 am & 8:40 am: I emailed ejgiftcards about each order, telling them that my cards didn’t go through on the AMC Theatres purchase, and that I was still awaiting my refund. NO REPLY. NO REFUND.
Intervening months: Several emails to ejgiftcards requesting refund. NO REPLY. NO REFUND.
8/*: I was now purchasing new movie tickets online, so I tried to apply the 3 cards that I had never gotten to use in January, and that I had never been refunded for. ALL 3 GIFT CARDS WERE INVALID.
8/*: I spoke to AMC Theatres gift card customer support. They said that the cards had already been used during the intervening months, in multiple transactions:
-card # ***: $9.82 on 3//19; $5.18 on 7//19.
-card # *** $10.75 on 5/*/19; $4.25 on 5//19.
-card # ***: $24.19 on 5//19.
THESE TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT MINE. I hadn’t gone to the movies since January. I hadn’t purchased any movie tickets, at any theater, in person or online, since the 1//19 purchase. I can also prove that I was elsewhere on every one of those dates, not at the movies. This means that EJGIFTCARDS RESOLD MY 3 CARDS TO OTHER PEOPLE. Ejgiftcards received money twice for the same 3 gift cards.
8/*: I contacted EJiftcards yet again, this time via website form, asking for the refunds.NO REPLY. NO REFUND.
September: I filed a dispute with my Discover card. They issued me a temporary credit and contacted ejgiftcards. Ejgiftcards replied, saying that “the gift cards had been delivered.” (Yes sure had. To multiple people!) Discover had to reverse the temporary credit they had given me. They explained that, after 120 days have passed since the initial purchase, they have less legal recourse to recover money from a vendor. Essentially, I had been too generous with ejgiftcards in awaiting their replies and my refunds. I learned my lesson there.

The company asks in their reply to you whether I have filed a complaint with them and forward the claim ID # to them.
1. I tried for MONTHS to communicate with them to complain about my situation but never heard back. That having been said, based on their response to this Revdex.com complaint, I was willing to try to find a mechanism offered on their website that maybe I had missed when I was trying to contact them before. But...
2. I still see no place on their site to "file a complaint." As during the last few months, I again scoured the website to find a way to communicate to the company that there was a problem with my orders. I never saw, nor do I see now, the word "complaint" anywhere. All I see is "contact us" or "contact customer service"--both of which take one to a general form to complete to contact them. I've already done multiple times over the last several months, but I never once received a reply.
If there is a link that I'm missing to file a "complaint" that results in the alignment of complaint ID #, I ask that the company seems me the link, either through you, or directly to me at ***. I will then file the official "complaint" they are referring to that results in a case ID assignment.

On August *, 2019, I purchased an Arco gift card in the amount of $50, for which I paid $47.50. It was an e-gift card. I tried to use it at multiple Arco stations, and none of them could accept it for payment. I contacted ejgiftcards, and got an email on August , 2019. The email said that I would get a full refund within 14 business days. As of September *** 2019, I have still not received my refund. I have sent multiple emails to *** asking for an update, and I get no response. I try calling their customer service number and just get voice mail. I have left two messages, and no one is getting back to me.

I purchased a $35.26 macy's gift card from this site, but when I went to use it. the card only had $3.17 on it.. I contacted the company back through their form and filled out a claim form. Got the email that my claim was resolved, and that I would have a refund in 14 business days. I've received no refund as of yet.

I was sold an iTunes card that had already been redeemed. When I asked about getting a refund, they said to let them research for 2-3 weeks. 2-3 weeks passes, still haven’t heard anything from them.
