They have failed to make clear the odds of "winning," stating that it is simply a company secret. I find it troubling that a company offering a virtual product with no specified odds of receiving a "prize" when real currency is being used to gamble on receiving a worthwhile, virtual "prize." Again, mysef, along with other members/customers, feel deceived. The response received by electronics arts failed to provide any relevant information regarding the issue.
