I ordered my art on 5/11 and have not received my items to this day. Called multiple times and have not been successful speaking with someone, I also left a voice mail and no returned call. The only response I've received is in email and it seems like an automated one just like the one you are seeing in the reviews. Like everyone else here, I was happy to find on the site something that would compliment my rec room but service has been terrible. I'm currently waiting on a call back from customer service. who knows if I will ever get a call. I give this site 1 star because of how nice their website is, other than that I have nothing for you. I may have to just go out and buy something locally to fill the wall where I had planned on hanging the canvases ordered from Elephant Stock. Thanks for the unpleasant experience.

This company is garbage. If you like waiting for responses, being lied to and fed excuses...., well look no further!

You will be promised a shipping date that is false. Then you will be awarded the privilege of calling repeatedly only to speak to incompetent "customer service representatives" who will feed you more excuses of why you're having a bad experience. Give me 20% back? Really? That's your solution?

Oh and when it finally arrives it will be damaged and then you'll be asked to do MORE LEG WORK and take pictures so they can assess whether or not they'll be refunding you..

The take away is, if you like wasting your time and becoming frustrated..., well, it's you're lucky day.

I ordered a print on May 1. They charged my card on May 1. It was to be shipping by May 13. I email them on May 14 expressing my disappointment with their lack of correspondence that the shipment may be delay. I received a prompt response that it should be shipped by May 18 or 19. On May 20 again not correspondence. I emailed asking for a refund...no response. First time buyer and last time as well. I refuse to recommend them to my family / friends.

Ordered three weeks ago. No communication. Charged credit card. Order still shows up unfulfilled. Big mistake. Steer clear of this rip off site !

When I stumbled across this site, I was so excited! It didn't take long to find something that I loved. I placed my order on 5/8 and as of today, 5/20 my order remains in unfulfilled status and hasn't been shipped. The website states that "All of our prints are custom made to order in our US factory and shipped within 3 business days." (could be a couple days longer your own custom pictures) Then it supplies a country breakdown of expected shipping time to reflect when your package will arrive. I called customer service to get more information regarding my order since per the expectations set, my order should be at my doorstep between now and any day now. The CSR stated that she would place my order to rush status so it could get prepared for shipping and then I would have to wait another 6 to 8 days for shipping which was the standard shipping I had selected when I placed my order but had also already waited as the order still sat unfulfilled. I was not happy with that and asked that once my late order was completed, could they send it expedited to which her response was that I would have to pay to have it expedited. When I continued to press the issue multiple times, she offered 20% off my order however I find value in what I bought and would prefer that the focus be placed on the time it will take to receive my order and they pay for expedited shipping and they weren't willing. The site and the playback when you call states that they really pride themselves on customer service however saying it and whats being done in action is different. I am disappointed with the customer service and hope that I will not be disappointed in my order when it finally does arrive.

2 weeks and my order has not even shipped. I get BS response every time I call or email. Customer Service is in the Philippines and warehouse is in Texas and the don't talk to each other!! Last time with Elephant

I ordered a canvas on April 30th and it's now May 19th. I've inquired twice as to when I can get a tracking number. Still nothing but computer generated response about COVID-19 delays. Why would you sell something that you don't have or can't provide. Restore my trust or I'll buy elsewhere.

I placed an order on 4/30/2020. Website says they ship within 48 hrs. Still haven't received anything but they took the money out of my account

I have tried to reach them 3 times asking for an update to which the response was someone will respond to me within 24 hrs....that was on 5/09/2020,. 5/11/2020 & 5/12/2020...I just want to know where my order is because normally places do not charge your account until they ship the product and will then provide a tracking #. Either provide an update with tracking # or refund my money.

Desired Outcome

I just want what I ordered. If they cannot provide what was advertised they shouldn't have taken my money. If they can provide me with proof that my order has been shipped with a tracking number or please refund my entire purchase.

My order finally arrived today. Satisfied with the product. Claim can be closed.

I don't have my print yet, I hope it is as beautiful as displayed. My print shipped from Richmond BC canada a few days ago and I thought I purchased in canadian dollars but saw the charge to my card and it was USD - I paid way more for this print than I realized. The site should be clear on the USD but why if it is being shipped from Canada, am I paying U.S? I guess I should have bought local. Stay tuned on what I think of the product.

Received damaged goods in shipping they were supposed to ship out a replacement but never did and won't answer emails the shipping is already paid for

Hi Dispute Resolution Department,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! It saddens us that the customer, *** has to report a complaint against us about a damaged artwork.

We were informed of the damaged artwork on the 2nd of December via email. As part of our process, we need to ask photos of the damaged artwork and the box (if possible) to reflect the issue; as other businesses do, in order for us to process a claim with the courier (FedEx).

Days passed and we haven't heard from ***. Until 5 days ago that he called us to confirm the replacement artwork. The customer said that he won't be able to send photos of the artwork as he only have a flip phone.

We promised that we will process a replacement but it took us a long as we are overloaded with orders due to the holiday season. Although please understand that we tried our best to process and ship it.

We were able to update him and get back to him with the tracking number of the replacement order 2 days ago and that order is shipped via FedEx. Please see https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&trackingnumber=XXXXXXXXXXXX&cntry_code=us as a reference.

At the moment, it got a delivery exception but we called FedEx and they have confirmed it will be delivered tomorrow.

We know we have failed on our part to ship the replacement right away and this is very unusual here but rest assured that this has been taken care of. We are not leaving the customer hanging and if there's anything else we can do for him, we'd love to.

We are watching the shipment closely and we will make sure *** will receive it this time in good condition.

We bought 4 of them and they are all BEAUTIFUL. We will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a dog 5' x 10' x 6' dog kennel. I was provided a shipping number. I received a plastic wallet. Delivered by USPS to my mailbox.
I was shipped a plastic wallet used to hold wallet size photos. I purchased a 5' x 10' x 6' dog kennel. The wallet had the shipping number that was provided for the kennel. By tracking the item it will show an item was delivered. This is not at all the item that I purchased.

Desired Outcome

I'd like a refund for the money that was stolen from me.

As we have discussed in our exchange of personal messages on Facebook. It is clear for the both of us that you've ordered from a different site. A bogus site that has dragged our name on their 'about us' section, their ads, and their confirmation email.

Our website URL is www.elephantstock.com and our support email address is ***@elephantstock.com. We only offer artwork and never any pet stuff.

All our customers get their order confirmation email from that email address. And based on the order email you sent me, it's from ***@gmail.com.

We know you just want to get your money back but it's unfair that we are getting all the blame for this scam as we've been working hard every day to make all our customers happy with our product and service. These recent reviews are the last thing we want to hear.

Our legal team is working on this 100% but this will not be overnight. We can't help those who are scammed by this website to get their money back but we can definitely stop them from dragging our name and to trick anyone from buying from them again.

We hope we can resolve this complaint case as this isn't supposed to be for us. It should be directed to them but I guess you can't find their website as it was shut down already. And I hope Revdex.com will be able to help you find the website that owes you money as you believe that's what they will do if they hear about this, Kim.

But then again, this Revdex.com complaint is for us and we find it unfair that we have to shoulder this. We're also a victim here.

I don't feel as if she (the business owner) is taking this crime serious enough. She hasn't even contacted the police. Yet I'm supposed to believe that she feels bad for me. All she kept saying is that "the bank will pay me back".

We can imagine the hassle of dealing with back and forth messages between us and ***. And thank you for handling it fairly.

We have been scammed as well. This scammer used our name on their site.

We do not sell those type of products (pet stuff and cages). The customer did not notice the brand and site url don't match.

We have filed trademark infringement, complaints with PayPal, and Shopify. And managed to remove the site and stop it from operating.

We've reached out to the customer even before this complaint but she feels our action is lacking and wants us to return her money to her when we never received any.

We were contacted by over 30 customers who were scammed and they all filed chargeback with their credit card company and Paypal. This is the best route for the customer to get her money back.

Our reputation is damaged, we have to deal with something we didn't do but we need the customers' help too.
