I ordered 7 canvas paintings and only two were correct. I received multiple canvas paintings that were not what I ordered. There is no customer service phone number which is frustrating. I sent them an email and I'm waiting to hear from them.

Elephant Stock fixed the issue. They sent out the correct paintings, gave me a free one and even refunded me some of the total cost bc of the inconvience. Thank you so much.
THEY REPLIED TO ME AND HELPED ME WITH THE REFUND I WAS ABLE TO GET ALL THE MONEY BACK, THE COSTUMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR WAS VERY NICE, AND I WAS ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THEY ARE NOT A SCAM THEY ARE LEGIT AND I AM FINALLY VERY PLEASED WITH THE ACTIONS TAKEN FROM ELEPHANTSTOCK
I PURCHASE A SET OF CANVA FRAMES FROM THIS WEBB SITE ELEPHANTSTOCK.COM IT COST ME 149.00 AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE ITEM I WAS NOT SATISFY WITH THE PRODUCT AND I WANT TO RETURN IT, I TRY CALLING THEM BUT NO PHONE NUMBER IS TO BE FOUND IN THE WEBB SITE, I CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL AND ALL I GET IN RETURN ITS A BUNCH OF EMAILS BACK AND FORTH AND THE ISSUE IS NOT BEING RESOLVE I NEED THE BUREAU TO ADDRESS WEBSITES LIKE THIS ONES I THINK IS A SCAM AND THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I HAVE NEVER USED THE PRODUCT ITS IN THE BOX AND I CONTACT THEM AS SOON AS I GOT THE PRODUCT BECAUSE I WAS NOT SATISFY. PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS ISSUE AND LETS STOP THIS TO HAPPEN TO OTHER CONSUMERS I HAD THE BEST OF THE INTENTIONS THEY TOOK THE MONEY RIGHT AWAY AND NOW THEY ARE JUST SENDING ME ENDLESS EMAILS.

Also, regards the complaint we got, we found it and seems like a misunderstanding with the customer. It already resolved by us 3 weeks ago.
