The print turned out better than I ever dreamed.Customer service was awesome! I accidentally ordered two sizes & they changed it , no problem.
The product is just as I saw in the photo and better.
However I was disappointed with your noncompliance with the time frame you yourselves put in shipping out the product in 3-6 days. My shipment was shipped out 12 business days after placing the order. And when I sent an email inquiring about this delay. All I received was (we apologize for this delay..) without an explanation. That wasn't very satisfying honestly.
I love your product but don't know if I'll order again.
We take each feedback seriously and we are so sorry for the confusion. Our processing timeframe indicates 3-6 business days then it will be shipped for another 2-4 business days. That is if you are in the US.
The shipping timeframe is stated on our website and if it's outside the United States, like Saudi Arabia, it will take 10-15 business days. Sometimes longer depending on the local customs regulations.
We've tried to ship it to you as fast as we can. We are glad you got your artwork within 12 business days and that you love it in person.
We love making and keeping our customers happy. This is not a good start and we are really sorry for the hassle but I hope this isn't the end of our relationship. We are always here to sort out all the concerns of our customers and if you need anything else, anything we can do for you, just let us know.

I emailed them and no body cared to provide me with the information that you provided.
Also I would like to clarify, based on the fedex tracking number, they received my shipment on the 8th of October (12 business days after I placed the order), double the timeframe specified in your reply.
Whether the shipment was in the US or abroad you should ship out the order within 3-6 days regardless of the location of shipment.
So it seems to me that the real delay was from your side and NOT the "local customs regulations".
The timeframe for orders to Saudi Arabia as mentioned above is up to 10-15 working days and you got yours within 12 business days. Based on the timeframe stated on our website and by the time you got your order, we have shipped it just in time.
I am sorry for the confusion *** but then again, we are happy you love your artwork and if there's anything else we can do to help you with it, we'll be happy to.

Oh my goodness. What can I say about this vendor and their website? I was looking for a specific color to coordinate with my decor and I found more than I expected. Then to have the option of sizes and styles made it even easier (I didn't want all of the canvas prints to be 5 pieces). And the colors - wow! They are just as vibrant in person as on their website. Shipping is fast, also. The cost is a bit pricey for canvas prints, but I happened to catch a sale - woo hoo! If you are looking for color in your room that will POP, definitely check out ElephantStock.

I purchased the expansion bridge and it's awesome!. Easy to hang and received it rather quickly. I will be ordering more most definitely. The bridge is like 3D and the color beautiful.

Beautiful picture! Size true to what order and just what we thought it would be. A bit pricey!
I received my package damaged. One of the wood stubs holding the frame had broken during delivery and the stub had pushed against the painting. Now one of the paintings has a small random bulge where the stub had pushed against it. Nice paintings, poor packaging. I have pictures to prove it.
Shipping is the scariest part of what we do as we can't 100% control it. This is definitely caused by shipping mishandling and this is very unusual with us, though it still happens, unfortunately. We have reached out to you and offered an immediate resolution, Milad.

They were very quick in resolving the issue. I will definitely purchase from them again, they have outstanding customer service.
We just received the wall art for our new home and we absolutely love it! You will not be disappointed if you measure and order the correct size. Packaged secure and delivered quick. Impressive!

Thank you for allowing us to explain our side!
We pride in providing excellent customer experience but like every other business, issues still happens sometimes, unfortunately. I can assure you that this is very unusual with us.
When the customer called us to ask for the order status, we immediately raise the concern to our factory supervisor and found out that we had a technical issue with our system that caused them not to see the order. That is the reason it wasn't processed yet. We always send orders within our timeframe and if any issues arise, we make sure to inform the customer beforehand. This is definitely an isolated case. We have fixed the bug and we are continuously improving our backend system to make it transparent for all departments within our business.
Within the same day, we processed the full refund right away and still printed the order to at least make it up with the customer. The customer posted a review on Facebook. We tried reaching out to the customer but all calls are being directed to their voicemails and we have informed them about their tracking number as well. We never heard from the customer until this.
We can provide proof of refund upon request. We seek help and fair judgment from your good office as this badly affects small businesses like ours.

First and foremost, their customer service is outstanding. Even after I had alread placed my order, they let me apply a coupon code. Then when my picture was damgaged during delivery (FedEx's fault), they sent me a new one. They are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Take it from someone who almost never leaves reviews. Also, the picture was exactly what I thought it would be. Very good quality and looked exacly as shown on the website. Couldn't be happier!

I LOVE my canvas prints. They did an awesome job even though I wasn't able to submit a high resolution photo. I will order more prints in the future from ElephantStock.
Awesome print but it came damaged on one of the edges of the top print. I got the Chrysler Building in 3pc. I'll have to find a way to mend it to keep it from getting worse. For the price it's absolutely gorgeous but it sucks it came damaged.
Honest feedback is always appreciated, Jose. A damaged artwork is definitely not cool to the eye. We've reached out and we are so glad we have come up with a resolution immediately. Above all else, we want all our customers to be happy with our artwork and service!
Update: I received an email from customer service and they were extremely helpful! They asked for an image of the damage and already sent out a replacement part. I willl definitely buy from them again. Something I failed to mention in my first review is the quality of the print. My print is absolutely huge at 38x75 and it does not look blurred at all, it's actually the centerpiece in my home.
